I have the Flip 5 for a year now. It's like brand new. No issues with the screen. I wish it had a better camera and battery life. Overall I'm pretty happy with the phone.

It's not just about all the features. it's also battery life and heat dissipation what they have to work on, and that does not come with software updates, either you underclock it, or just don't use it for heavy taska because of thermals or battery life.

Fair review and reflective of my experience with the Z Flip 5, but it's still a very enjoyable and unique phone to use.
I had the z flip 4 and the. Flip 5 for both a year each and I never had a issue with it ever I expect the same for the 6 I just got

I have the Fold 5, love the phone but the translation has really gone down in my opinion, overall it's still an amazing phone even for the premium cost.

I got my phone and tab s9 ultra for free from samsung, and they both have been exceptionally good with the updates

Just use Cover Screen OS. it does everything the default OS does, and let's you use all of your apps on the cover screen

Never used a case, even dropped my flip 5 twice and it’s been fine. I’d just recommend getting a rubber "film" to cover the outer display and glass on the back.
