Delta using this as an opportunity to rebuild their aging technology when Delta was not resilient enough to restore quickly when comparing among other airlines
I have travelled by Delta Airlines at a time when there was an outage. Flight was delayed by more than an hour. So, my baggage didn't reach my final destination as it could not be loaded on to another flight during layover. If Delta claims liability from Microsoft for this and receives compensation, why should I not claim compensation from Delta?
