I'm the first to make a comment lol. One man and his dog, peace and tranquility in the woods, a hot drink and a mahoosive manwich that involves loads of bacon...no words needed. Keeps a man grounded. Great video mate
Love Your location, just been out wild camping in Grizedale Forrest ( between Coniston and Windermere ) unfortunately We are not as blessed with the,Weather up here!!! Good camp out though, did solo with Hammock and Basher, took trekker with me, ok but no where as efficient as my base camp. Just a question for You though, I am a bit nervous about carrying knives, ect with me do carry a folding saw though. What is Your take ( or more importantly the Police's ) on it ?
hey i wanted to look in that vehicle too, Great ideal with the Kelly kettle i never thought of using the base for a frying pan i,ll do that next time Thanks great video
Excellent video and you always make me so damn hungry! Just a thought do you have to constantly wash Buster when you he told back home as he loves to get filthy. Also love the shot of a Magpie building its nest and that's you have a wonderful eye for nature as well as bushcraft
Hi. Great videos. I am intrigued. Who owns the woods you camp in? I’m sure the forestry commission or landowners wouldn’t let me camp in my local woods. Also, I’m sure my boss wouldn’t let me just take off for weeks on end living off grid. What’s your secret? Look forward to more vids. Btw loved the one with the 101. I’ve also got a 101 but not as kitted out as that one. It looks like the owner of the 101 when he left the army, took a warehouse load of kit and supplies with him...😉
Bushwacker Man that’s so good...I wish I had friends like yours....I’m down our forestry commission owned woods every day with the dogs for hours on end....we have 8 golden retrievers....but wouldn’t be permitted to camp....I use a jet boil for a quick brew....compact and light weight....
I wouldnt mind getting my hands on that motor. I'd restore that and pimp it. And yes, i'm hungry now, thanks lol. Dog looks in great nick, dropped a few lbs hey.
That vehicle could turn into a real bushcraft vehicle, where can such a vehicle not drive through, yes it is probably a bit difficult to get spare parts for, but otherwise. A nice little trip, and of course the hero suffers no distress. You could have named the video, a man of few words. 👍
Hello fella, forgive me for asking but do you need permission to use your kelly kettle in the woods or is it legal to do so. I've got a Kelly and wondered if what you're doing is OK. Wany advice welcome.
Not sure when it got dropped in there but it's been there a good few years now, it was part of a paint ball set up and if you look hard enough round the woods you should find the old camp, what's left of it bushwacker man!! Just going to find Becky's latest vid and watch that, good luck!!
A blast from the past. I used to drive saracens back in the late 80’s early 90’s. Great looking breakfast.
so didi i in 1972 in the Graggan Derry, 8 sqn rct.
