STEAK SALAD | SHERSON LIAN

It's Ramadan season! 🌙 I nak share this simple, and delicious recipe that you can have for sahur or even berbuka puasa. It’s Steak Salad or also known as Thai Beef Salad. It is a whole and satisfying dish that combines a beautifully charred steak with a variety of textures and flavors from the salad and herbs.
Especially for those of you who feel lathargic after eating a lot of carbs for sahur, try this instead. I promise you it’ll keep you fuller for much longer and better energy through out the day.
Ingredients:
✏️2tbsp - Raw rice ( grill )
✏️40g - Palm sugar
✏️3 tbsp - Fish sauce
✏️1 nos - Lime Juice
✏️Pinch of salt
✏️200g - Ribeye steak
✏️2 nos - Bird eye chilli
Salad:
✏️1 nos - Yellow onion
✏️10 nos - Cherry tomatoes
✏️3 nos - Baby Cucumber
✏️1 handful - Coriander
✏️1 handful - Mint leaves
✏️1 Spring - Spring onion
✏️ Mix with dressing & powder rice
