The worst one for me is the "Instagram photo" style. It's those outfits in photos that get lots of attention and likes for the artistc posing, colors, and style, but when you see it in motion(someone wearing it to the grocery store, or hanging out at the mall), it just looks so weird and out of place.
Some of those outfits are like my long hair, as soon as I move a bit it shifts and looks bad. Luckily I love having a bun anyway, I can't STAND when a part of my outfit requires frequent readjustment, it's gotta be comfy and practical.
Saw a video where someone called this "nothingcore" because it's chaotic and bright and flashy with almost no substance or historical background for any of the pieces. Just as bizarre as possible to get clicks lol
I ran into this channel by accident, and it’s been a treasure trove of information. I’m coming off being a minimalist and wearing minimalist style. Now I’m investing in quality pieces that make me feel amazing, thanks for the guidance Harry.
I think the Peaky Blinders style looks objectively good. Unfortunately it falls into the category of "trying too hard" to achieve a look. It never quite looks natural on people. I live in Washington state, so we get plenty of outdoor gear and workwear, and it's so easy to look stylish without sticking out and looking unnatural in your setting.
I wear classic men’s style, so people often associate it with peaky blinders. It is the hardest style to pull off straight up considering you have to shop vintage or vintage style, you have to actually study it to know what is true of the era and only then when you achieve this you get the look. So yeah it’s trying hard but it’s worth it.
i dress like this (also minimalist depends on day/season) and my philosophy is "there's no such thing as overdressing". if you are the best dressed guy in the room, you aren't overdressed, they are underdressed.
I think there are two main reasons why the Peaky Blinders style looks try hard with the first one being the modern lines used in theoratically almost all the formal clothing we wear. Just think about the evolution of our pants from 1850s to our current timeline. Many things have changed but the people who want to dress similar to the 20s don’t realise this fact they use modern fabric modern lines modern formalities with modern tops but pair these with the 20s ideology thus it looks try hard. The other is the environment imo. Currently we continue to develop the industrial revolution. This brought loads of different factors into our lives and allowed us to tune our aesthetics into efficiency. Our buildings roads cars everything evolved into what brings us surplus and this made our styles serve to the effective.
Where I live, thrifting has become a trend so much so that thrift shops are now selling secondhand stuff for the price of a new piece, which is getting insane.
The love island style could also be called the alpha man style, the teaching men’s fashion style or the Alex costa style, basically every American fashion RUclipsr style.

Where is the grail? The sartorial style, Italian or brit. As the French pope of it, Hugo jacomet.
Where craftsmanship and tailoring knowledge are at their pic.
I could only get so much into one video. I usually do a second part of people enjoy them
I'm into Grandpa core ... What are your thoughts? I guess it's kind of like vintage style 🤔 and 1920s
Yo this is the first video I have seen from you and I subscribed cuz the one liners are FUNNY AF lmaoooooooooo
Agree with everything that you talked about in this video, Mate 🤘
Well I must say, your haircut looks good. Funny, but guess what - I've got the exact same style 😅
Love Island style is spot on 😂 I hate those too!
I thought going Vintage and Thrifting is gonna make me save some dough. You just don’t stop thrifting.
I'm 65 never worked in construction going for workwear clothes these days all my Boss suits are at good will love my baggy pants carhartt jackets nike air 95 cheap for what it is in Canada.
That Love Island style IS the worst. It’s like bros dressing up as hipsters for Halloween.
Bro really roasted Tim Dessaint in the intro like that
That gorpcore/pastry comment was great aha
Love Island 🏝 style!! Too funny 😁 and awful. Keep em coming!! 👍
Thanks a lot mate
Yes minimalist but what about androgynous style (or idk what it’s called) where you sometimes feel like dressing more “masculine” or more “feminine”
I have the same problem with vinyl 😅
Workwear and Gorpcore are my favortite
In my country we can barely afford to shop from zara so we consider it the best quality , and i do believe they have a really good quality clothing
I wear classic men’s clothing, so I look like I’m from the 1930s or 1940s. Often get associated with the peaky blinders and it’s annoying. I think it’s mostly the hat, if I put on a homburg fedora or boater I might be safe😂
Likewise, although I dress 1890s - 1910s. 90% of the comments I do get is related to Peaky Blinders, mostly from young people. It does get frustrating if I am honest.
Winter outfit ideas...plz
Brother, where did you get that black sweater from? It looks really good.
Thank you. It’s linked in the description
7:17 Bewhy in the worst style. LOL
neck beard culture and masculinity killed peaky blinders for sure
MORE VIDEOS!! MOOOOOOOREEE!!!!
More on the way!
I like the work wear style aesthetically. However, I hang out with a lot of ppl who wear Carhartts for work, and if I show up in them, I look like I'm pretending to be something I'm not.
I love croissant 🥐 & cannolis are great too😄 bt lm a minimalist
Bro you're just 4k sub when i subscribed to your channel.🤯 CONGRATS btw.
This is your most hilarious video to date by far! 😂
