    coach i struggle to shoot with a rhythm i want my leg straight by the time the ball reaches the setpoint..can u make a video on it

    How can someone strengthen their knees and amount of weight they can apply? Would you recommend someone loses weight before trying these exercises. If they’re a lil overweight?
