- A huge part of any Filipino diet are items that come from Sari-sari stores...general stores that are typically built right out of a person's home.
I wanted to give you a sneak peak into what items you can buy from a sari-sari store and rate the best sellers 1-10 all while practicing our Tagalog!

Kurt, there are 2 ways that we knew on how to open a bottle cap, using a ring or a key. If you have a ring, you can actually use your ring to open the bottle by placing your hand over the bottle, then place the edge of your ring under the bottle cap, and then gently pull your hand up and out to remove the cap. You can also use the tip of the key, place it under the cap, then push upwards until the bottle cap pops right up. Not sure about the coin or paper bill, though. But a ring or a key will do the trick. 😉😉👍👍
bro, just find one straight edge in the floor, place the cup into the edge and then hit it on the top, so easy Kurt…👍🇵🇭
When opening a bottle cap just find a rough corner like a wall beside you and wedge the bottle cap at the edge of that rough corner and strike the bottle cap downward and that should do it!

Indeed! Just put the cap edge by the ledge & tap slowly down the top of the bottle! Or probably bring a Swiss Army knife...has all the things you need as you travel around! Good luck & Godspeed!

Our coins are now too small to help open bottles. You can use a corner of a concrete slab or bench (something with a prominent corner where you can rest the teeth of the bottle cap and do a mild downward jolt to the top of the bottle cap.

kuya Kurt, i just saw a video of an old lady opening 2 bottles by just knocking on the sides of these bottles beginning from center(lower part), going to the upper part of the bottles and right away tick away the tansan cup with her one finger easily pop!!!
Kuya Kurt! Will always support you but I gotta be honest. You won't get much out of reviewing Sari Sari store snacks. I don't even recommend the small ones you bought. Also the sound effects were a bit too repetitive. I appreciate the effort though!

It is illegal to tear (almost! by using it to open a Tropicana bottle) PH Central Bank notes and coins, BUT it should be more illegal to use those annoying sound effects. 😂😅✌🏻

Is it still a thing? Bottled "glass" softdrinks normally they do not allow for you to take away. You can if you pay bottle deposit. This is how transfering to plastic with straw is invented😅
