Tagalog Kurt is now my favorite vlogger. Love it when foreigners try their best to learn the local language. Also Kuya Kurt is not maarte, he eats lots of Karenderya food. Mabuhay.
Ang mura naman
Kasama pa ang sisig
Please watch my other vlogs po! Thank you so much! 😍
Your Filipino accent is on point!! 👍🏻
I showed your video in Tondo to my American husband and he was very interested in how Filipinos interacted with you, the things, you see, how things are done. He is also picking up a Filipino word here and there and I just love that! Keep the videos coming Kuya Kurt!
Today is the day you were sent into this world to be a blessing and inspiration to all the people around you and across the globe. Wishing you all the best on your birthday. May your life always be counterpoint to the clamor of the world. May you delight in dancing lightly with life. May you soar on eagle wings, high above the madness of the world. May you attract abundance and all the richness that life could offer. HAPPY 42nd BIRTHDAY, Kurt!
Best wishes from your twin avid viewers,
Josephine & Jocelyn

Ok so Kuya Kurt, Filipinos LOVE Coffee all day long. In Karenderias usually always offer you a free cup of soup for all your meal orders. Even here in the USA, TuroTuro restaurants always still offer you a free cup of soup for all your meal orders. Filipinos love hot soups and hot drinks even in hot weather. They'll have it with breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Its kinda believed that the soups help you digest the food/ulam better. It helps it go down to your stomach better and helps warm your stomach while eating. I don't know if its true but it's what Filipinos usually do. I absolutely love your videos!!! I'm an American Filipino. I was born in the Philippines and then moved to the States when I was 5 years old with the rest of my immediate family. But I ABSOLUTELY love you showing a lot of Manila and barangays around Manila because I used to live in Quezon City. I haven't been able to go back for at least 20 years. It's sooo nice seeing how the areas I used to live in looks now. Thank you soooo much for just being you. You're awesome and thank you soo much for helping the small businesses in the Philippines.
I noticed you eat silogs or tapsilog almost everyday😅. I understand because tapsilog is great and my favorite too. Unfortunately, it's high in cholesterol, so as sisig and other silogs. So please watch out your health and eat vegetables and fish more frequently than silogs. I know you do this for your content but I need to remind you coz I care and I love your channel.. You are a good man. The world and the Philippines need you so stay healthy and keep vlogging.. ❤
Yeah, stay healthy Tagalog Kurt . Stay away from too much pork and beef. Eat more fruits and vegetables🤗
Finding your video brought a smile to my face. I've not been there for 20 years now, but enjoyed so many trips there while working in Asia for 14 years. Food there is highly underrated in the foodie world. Now that I've seen your channel, I'll be back.
Sipag ni kurt magvlog kahit umuulan
syempre sayang kita kaya work work work tlga sya rain or shine❤
You’re almost a Filipino with your good Tagalog. We love your blogs and you can relate well to our customs and ways of life. God bless you!
Tofu is Soya Bean Curd, not yoghurt 5:58 😆😆😆 and Bopis is made from pork lungs & heart, not intestines 6:21 😁
Blister in Tagalog is... PALTOS 8:02 😄
Puto is rice cake/muffin... Siopao is flour bun, usually with pork asado filling... Puto & Siopao are both steamed 😊
Tinola is chicken soup with ginger, chilli leaves, chayote or green papaya 16:56
Kurt, you are making a mark on the Philippines , enjoying the rounds of karinderia in several barangays. I love how you interact with the locals, everybody loves you now Kurt. God bless you.
I am Filipino American -and I Love your videos Tagalog Kurt!
I will be visiting Philippines in a few weeks and I am very excited to try all your recommendations! Keep up the great work!
Storm classifications in the Philippines: Signal Number 1, Signal Number 2, Signal Number 3.....with 3 being the worst. Omg , you made me remember my childhood. Whenever the storm is Signal Number 2, school would be canceled and we get to stay home....lol
Siopao = steamed bun. That's how I would describe it to those who haven't tried it. It's originally Chinese, but Filipinos make their own version (better, in my opinion LOL). They can have different fillings...like pork asado...and bola bola. I have yet to visit Tagaytay. I lived in Baguio City for many years, and even studied there. My wife is from there, as well. So, I have a soft spot for Baguio City and respect for the Cordilleran people, culture and their dishes.
Love when you speak Tagalog or Tagalish!

Blisters is PALTOS in tagalog. Kalyo is Callus. Siopao is Meat Bun originated in China.
Since you like longanisa you must try Vigan longanganisa (not vegan). It's less sweet more garlicky, but it is delicious. It's hard to find Filipino cuisine here in NC so I'm living vicariously through you. 😅 Now I have to go make tapa. Love the content, can't wait for the next video.
thank you for loving the philippines, kurt! you're so kind and natural. you're like a kababayan already.
you reminded us of our missionary friends from canada early 2000's when they frequented our computer shop here in makati. you're just as kind, warm, friendly and adorable!
keep on vlogging, we'll support you ❤😊
Pilipinos love your friendliness and humility. All out for you Kurt.

Rainy , stormy days in Philippines just hits different.
👍
I just been there also in Tagaytay yesterday, i would make a day 2 episodes in my vlog, but unfortunately the charger that i have and the adapter didn't function very well? That's why i went home this morning, it's fun to see Tagaytay with the improvement that they have? I went to mahogany market, trying their bulalo and chicharong bulaklak.. 😊
Actually kuya all vege there in Tagaytay is fresh and there is a slaughter house there where they get the fresh beef to make the tapa plus brewed coffe (kapeng barako) very good breakfast, If your going to the resto in Tagatay City try the Maliputo where only in Tagaytay you will find and I love also the Tagaytay Bulalo
Nagutom na ako sa vlog mo 😅 but you're so wonderful, more power to you Kuya Kurt and Ingat lagi ❤

I love it when you surprise it with your Tagalog! Aside from saying, “Ano ang pinakamaganda ninyo?”, you may say, “Ano ang pinakaMABENTA ninyo?” That means, “What is your bestseller?”. You will sound more local. Try it!
Kuya Kurt you should try eating tapa dipped in Vinegar with garlic
@10:51 #TagalogKurt PUTO is dessert and SioPAO is a Filipino word for steam bun(in Chinese they call it #bao). Mix together is called PUTOPAO.
