  • How To Make The Easiest Vegan Mozzarella Ever! Plus Caprese Salad Recipe
    This vegan version honestly comes so close to the original! The consistency is literally like mozzarella! And you know what? It even melts when baked in the oven!

    RECIPE
    1/2 cup soaked cashews
    2 tbsp psyllium husks + 1 1/2 cup water (don't use too much!)
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tsp salt
    ❶ Soak cashews and 2 tbsp of psyllium husks for about 2 hours.
    ❷ Remove water from the cashews and blend all ingredients.
    ❸ Refrigerate mixture for 1 hour.
    ❹ Flip the mozzarella upside down on another plate
    ❺ make your caprese with tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper or whatever you prefer.

    Mega! Super.! Can I use something else than husk? I believe Irish Moss for sure but for example flaxseed?
