good guide overall👍, I would also suggest to plan out your zoning areas so that comercial isn't near any potential traffic hotspots for the entrance junction a simple tunnel to any uncloged area works for me (usually industrial or utilities area)

One thing I'd like to ask is if you have a pattern or a set of things to when zoning for the different wealth levels as well, with traffic in mind. I usually wing it, and I think a bit more planning with your POV would be great. 😁
I'm glad the videos helped. Winging it is okay. Just monitor and make adjustments as needed. I don't necessarily plan for wealth level but I do plan for density.
