- I get to be among the first in the world to drive the new 2019 Toyota Avalon Touring V6! I'm at Eagles Canyon Raceway in Texas where I have no word yet on price, driving impressions, or fuel economy. This luxury sedan should be on sale this summer!

Loving the new Avalon.
More power and better MPG without going smaller displacement and turbo. Great engineering from Toyota there. V6 sounds great also. The fact that this car has tech from the LS500 and LC is really saying something about the effort gone into this car. Pretty big guys all in that car and they all look very comfortable. I said it before and i will say it again. This new Avalon is the best large luxury car that doesn't wear a luxury badge that money can buy.
Design wise the XSE is the best looking grade. Still not sure on the large grill ( might look better in person then in video and pics ) but the rest of the car looks great. Rear looks great and side profile looks great. Honestly it doesn't look anything like a avalon we knew before.
I can't talk about the Avalon. Other outlets need to drive it also, and then Toyota will let us tell you what it's like.

Toyota are the best cars, they make performace, luxury, reliability into one brand. Like what else do you want.

South Carolina Dashxam it is a luxury car. Not sort of. It's a luxury car without the luxury badge. To me it's the best buy for someone who doesn't want to drive a Benz or Lexus
lloydagola So your not sure about that, go take a look at lexus Lc 500. That car is something else.

This is the top of the line Avalon? Interior looks totally different the New York auto show. The switchgear wasn’t plastic.

Right! I have the 2019 Avalon XSE i will never use it to do Uber too much of a nice car to do taxi work in no thanks 👎🏾

Does the redesigned 2019 Toyota Avalon have the power rear window sunshade at least on the Limited and/or Touring models? Please let me know as soon as possible.

Toyota4Life Yeah they made it much louder and beefier on the avalon, and that’s why i wanted him to take the Camry v6 on the track

Only the adaptive dampers come from Lexus. The suspension is completely different from a mentioned Lexus's

Engine noise and feeling bumps have NOTHING to do with fun or performance. So get rid of them.
Have you driven the Kia Stinger? It's only good for noise and bumps. Hated it!
