      Yes! If I eat too much sugar, I definitely feel off.

      I have also noticed if I drink to much coffee I feel drained thanks for Vids

      @@biba350 SAME! I recently had to switch to matcha and plain green tea. Sometimes I'll do decaf if I'm craving a cup of coffee :)

    This is really helpful. I’m allergic to mollusks, but eat other seafood and appreciate the chart.

    Ha, my dog loves tuna too. She always gets the juice 😛 I haven’t heard of the cookbook but I’m going to look into it. Thanks for sharing! 🤗
