That hot oil sauce stuff is really popular in that part of mexico. you just need to add less than a teaspoon of that stuff, some only a couple of drops will do its so spicy.
Great videos. As a mexican I want to tell you a word of advice: the produce there is fresh of course, but never ever eat fruit or any produce without washing it in clean water first. That's true in every part of the world, but people might make the mistake that because it's locally produced many times, it's not that dirty. It is. I got really sick when I was a kid eating unwashed fruits
