    We've come to the point that we think $54,000 is a good price for a mid-size truck. Didn't that used to buy a stacked Trail Boss? Oh boy.

    GMCdid a great job on this truck. Next truck will probably be one of these. One thing though; this should be full LED lights inside and tail lights on the AT4 and Denali

    Great job reviewing the 24 Canyon Denali. I just bought one last week, same color and Denali package, I was a Tacoma fan for years, until this year. I really like this pickup truck so far, the 2.7 turbo max 4 cylinder engine is very responsive, handling is great. Thanks GMC for the 2024 Canyon

    That's exactly what I did! Traded my 2022 TRD Off Road Tacoma premium for a white Canyon Denali. The Canyon has been quite the eye opener. As a loyal Tacoma customer with 3 Tacos over the last 21 years, I've been entirely impressed. The Canyon actually feels like better build quality than my Tacoma and the interior on the Denali is unmatched in the midsize market.

      @chrisholland2016
      Absolutely!! The GM trucks are really luxurious where the others are not. One thing I can't understand is these brand-new designs not having a/c vents in the back seat. It's 2024 for crying out loud!! Both the Ford Ranger and Toyota Tacoma missed the mark. I live in Texas and have a 3 year old that rides in the backseat. Why do some newer vehicles still not have rear a/c?

    • @chrisholland2016
      @chrisholland2016 Месяц назад

      @@seanhembree7136 oh cool I'm from Texas too yeah especially with this summer heat it would be nice to have and that's why Trucks are more popular because even though they're expensive they're worth the money. In Texas everyone drives trucks.

    I like the truck & have a 21 Tacoma, But, on the Csnyon/Colorado there’s no headlight switch on dash, Relisbility & Longevity would worry me,
    and the mpg is no better than what I get now. At least I heard GM got rid of the plastic oil pan & plastic drain plug setup. 😑

    The biggest issue with midsize trucks is crash protection. The crash test results for most in the segment are abysmal. Many of them do worse than a little Ford Maverick. For example, the new Tacoma has about the same amount of side impact protection as my old 97 Tacoma that was built 27 years ago.

    Yeah…..that’s big NO for me dawg. It’s nice looking for sure, but GM’s have always been more handsome, especially compared to the Colorado. No way in hell would I pay that kind of coin for a GM….midsize truck. The interior is waaay too blingy for my taste. I hate the cheesy chrome-looking accents around dash & vents, which is typical GM special. I see a white one, just like this one at my local GM dealer lot. It’s been there for 2 months. Compare that to ANY '24 Tacoma.

    Can't wait to dump Biden and get Trump back so US automakers can resume building decent vehicles powered by V6 engines instead of four bangers boosted to ridiculous levels and coupled with 8 to 10 speed transmissions.
    This is a perfect small truck with a pathetic power train.

    • @Holden-McGroin
      @Holden-McGroin 3 месяца назад +1

      You have no idea what you’re talking about. This engine is not only waaaay better than the previous V6, it’s better than the 5.3L V8. Suggest you drive one, because you clearly have not if you think the power train sucks.

    • @alexgaribay7794
      @alexgaribay7794 3 месяца назад

      Screw the V6 we need V8s in these bad boys. Sad thing is, Trump is also a toolbag and he'll do nothing to help your wants. Wishful thinking about best. Can't wait for GM to make real trucks again. It's been decades since they have.
