For a bypass machine, these do clean very well. I have always been impressed with the quietness of them. I also like the bag system better than the WT. 2011

I think it was introduced in 2000
I'd guess the 1036 in the serial number of the yellow one is the date code, with the UU11 part not being relevant as UU11 is the same on the yellow one as well as the purple one. That means I think the date is 2010 week 36.
The purple one I think the date code is 0903 meaning 2009 week 03.
I could be wrong as the US models dont have the same type of serial number structure as the UK Electrolux models, but logically the 5th - 8th digits seem the most likely to be the date code on these.
They are very nice, but I'd be a bit careful of using it with the Henry bags, as without the square collar the paper bag has, any weight in the Henry bag as it fills could pull the bag off the stub.
Never seen a drivebelt that thin before though, seems crazy that it would actually drive the brushroll being that flimsy!

I’ll keep an eye on the bags, they seem to hold tightly on the fill tube if I fit the Hepaflo bags on all the way to the top
The belt is impressive, works like new despite being old! They should be as thick as a standard vacuum drive belt however so I should fit a new one on it soon

Owned one of these for years. You left out how stupid heavy this thing is. Like pushing a city bus around the house. And not good at getting under the couch. Sucks in the wrong way.
