Lead is a chemical element with the symbol Pb (from Latin plumbum) and atomic number 82, it's not a dog lead so Leadenhall is lead enhall as in the metal. Led Zeppelin was spelt led because it was thought Americans would say Lead Zeppelin, as in, as I said before lead, as in dog lead.
