Preach Tyler! I am with you 💯! People are just so rude lately & disrespectful! I went to pick up my salad today at our local small corner market next to my work. As I entered, some lady was on her phone on speaker talking very loudly. All of us patrons at the counter waiting for our food were all looking at each other too in disbelief. When each of us went up to grab our food and thank the people at the counter, the lady got mad that “we” were talking & said “hold on, I have to go outside it’s too loud in here!”🤦♀️ Are you for real?😳 I can’t even…. I’m really trying to keep the faith & see the good in folks but it’s getting really hard these days! Especially since this is a small local establishment & most of the patrons frequent for lunch as a much needed break in their day. No one needs this behavior. Can’t we just be KIND? Let’s go back to basic manners 101!

I totally agree with you Tyler! It’s like people don’t care anymore…and when you’re nice they look at You like what the heck is wrong with you? I definitely would have said something to the lady talking on her phone. We went to a movie and a couple came in late, sat next to me and talked to each other. Didn’t even look at the movie. Then started looking at their phones and talking to each other. Finally my husband said Are you going to talk thru the whole movie? The woman gave us a dirty look and was about to say something mean but then her husband apologized. They started taking again but a little quieter. Finally they left the movie. Unbelievable! Ruined the movie for us! 😡
What bothers me are the people who blast their music from their phone while shopping in stores right next to you. The other day a lady was blasting a song and singing her heart out. It’s so annoying. So many people have no manners AT ALL and no consideration for other people. You are not asking too much! I also have noticed this!! I’m in California. People here have no regard for others
I’ve bought some furniture on wayfair, and I’m pretty sure there was always an assembly option. There’s a lot of the same furniture on amazon and wayfair (wayfair is just usually more expensive).

Tyler, I believe there is an app or website you can go to and find someone who will come and put items together for you. Sorta like Angie's list but for help around the house.

So agree about the assembly service. As a (young)widow with zero mechanical or construction skills, I am useless when assembling furniture. I avoid buying things because I can't find anyone to help me assemble them.
Cell phone etiquette does not seem to exist for many. The speaker phone thing is just bizarre to me. I have a friend that when we meet for coffee or lunch she is constantly checking her Apple Watch and reading text messages. I can tell she even does this on our phone calls. Just seems so rude to me.

I don't care if you edit your videos. It's ALL GOOD! Will you show us your laundry room when you finish it? Your screened in porch and fireplace are gorgeous, so it would be fun to see what you did with the laundry room. It sounds like your dad is a good man like you. The world has gotten crazier since 2020 and manners and consideration of others have gone right out the door. I get tired of going to rrstaurants and other places where people are talking on their cell phones, in places they shouldn't be, and talking loud. I have to keep reminding myself that for all the rude, inconsiderate people, there are still kind, good people. I've had strangers help me out when I least expected it, or ask if they could help me. Kindness often times have a domino effect. There are people you'll come across that will appreciate sseing your beautiful smile with perfect teeth. Your simply acts of kindness could make their day or influence someone else to do a good act by seeing your actions. I totally agree with you about paying someone to put items ordered together. I would certainly do it. 😁

We have used Next door neighbor on face book many times from having a snowblower fixed to leaky pipes and everything in between - There are retired plumbers and others who need a little extra cash on the side - as far as rude people,, avoid them at all costs - and for poor food and drink - just ask for my money back and never return. That's my ten cents worth of advice...
I saw your IG photo of the laundry room and it looks so much better. That red floor was not a good look. About the lady on the speaker phone, I have a neighbor who does that. She sits on her porch with the speaker phone blaring away so I hear both sides of the conversation from across the street while I'm watching YT. She's not hard of hearing, so I guess she wants the whole street to know her business.
I'm with ya on the people being not nice 😑 I think so many of us have the same experiences with not nice people and it's kind of sad. My husband offered help to someone having trouble at an order kiosk and the person cussed him out after he offered to help ! on a happier note.... I love Amy too !

My boyfriend works at a place called Good deals they deliver furniture and put it together for you next day service. Ikea also has that service
I think Wayfair has a service that you can pay extra to have people come and assemble furniture, and probably other items, for a fee.
