Thanks so much brother, that means the world! I really try to make the best films possible. Is there any place you’d like me to make a video on this year?
You are living an amazing life journey connecting with nature and wildlife, a perfect way to spend your precious time filled with joy happiness kindness love and gratitude for all your life experiences. Keep manifesting your dreams 🙏
This was a great worldwide selection. Not many people make it to the Faroe Islands and Socotra, well, not many people likely know of it's existence. You've had some fantastic trips and we all thank you for sharing them. Looking forward to the trips of 2024.
Hello from Croatia! I've been in Plitvice few years ago, loved it and wish I could go again... there's so many beautiful places on this planet to explore and when I can't go, I watch your videos. Tnx for existing! Happy New year!🫶🏻
Corsica looks like a traveler’s dream come true. With the peak you two scaled appearing to be a practically perfect place to propose to someone. Sri Lanka is totally on my current radar/to go list too. I hear more and more people regularly rave about it’s uniquely wondrous features.
From this list, I have visited Morocco (twice), Sri Lanka and Oman (twice). I have just recently come back from my second visit to Oman while staying in Salalah. Salalah is definitely the best part of Oman - it is seriously stunning. I would like to visit Tanzania, Croatia and French Polynesia.
Amazing footage, incredibly beautiful places. This year I'm going to Australia, Fiji and French Polynesia including Moorea and Bora Bora, so exited. Can't wait
The Tanzanian one is definetly true , beatiful country , I love it , the people are kind also , but Serengeti is also really cool , it just has many animals , especially gnus I saw , also some lions , I consider Tanzania for people who like africa , because not only Serengeti is beatiful but many other places there.
Thank you for mentioning Sri Lanka and Oman, they are one of the most beautiful places that not many people visit. If anyone plans to visit Sri Lanka, please include Kandy and any one of their national park safari.
You have the best aerial drone footage on all of RUclips! You capture the beauty of the Polynesian Islands, and make me want to return again! Great content! I’m so glad to be subscribed to you!
Epic video Ryan! You went to some amazing places in 2023! Impressed with how much quality content you consistently put out! Definitely want to go to the Faroe Islands after going to Iceland last year. Also French Polynesia is at the top of my bucket list.
Thanks so much brother! Hardest thing is balancing traveling and trying to edit videos! You'd love the Faroe Islands, I personally liked it a lot better than Iceland, way less people and just felt so magical and special. French Polynesia was probably the most beautiful place I've been in regards to tropical landscapes. Excited to see where you go this year!
@@RyanShirleyI lived in Zambia for two years when I was younger, Kafue national park has some of the best Savanah and river tours in the world, and Victoria Falls was truly unforgettable. My family and I swam in a pool that flowed directly over the edge. Crazy.

Otherwise start from South Africa work your way up via Namibia to Victoria falls and raft Zambezi and swim devils pool which can only be done certain months so plan that accordingly. I cannae wait to see African trips from you, your videos are blooming marvellous 👌🏾❤️

Awesome, Ryan! This gave me a lot of inspiration for future travels. I was in Dubrovnik last year and rented a car for a day to go to Mostar in Bosnia. Great countries! I was also in Sri Lanka in 2015 which still is one of my favorite countries. French Polynesia is on the top of my list of places I want to visit, but it is expensive to travel from Norway at least 😅 Iceland and Faroe Islands is a bit more realistic for me 😃
Wow you’ve been all over! That’s so dope you were in Sri Lanka in 2015. How was Mostar? And you gotta visit the Faroe Islands, probably one of my favorite places I visited in Europe!
@@RyanShirley Mostar was a very nice little town, with a lot of history. A lot of tourists of course, but not so much in October when I was there. Faroe Islands is just a short 1.5 hour flight from Bergen where I live, so it is definitely happening at some point 😃
Stopping by to say you’re a huge inspiration! In the last 5 months i’ve already went to Japan for 2 weeks and now all over Italy for 1 week can’t wait for more thanks again for all the info !❤

I always get so much joy watching your videos. Thank you❤. Have u ever been in Central Asia, Kazakhstan? Almaty, Tien Shan mountains, Caspian sea, stunning white rock farmations in the West of Kazakhstan, ancient Turkestan - the city of the ancient Silk Road and many more 😊
My parents live in Dar Es Salaam and i've had the immense opportunity to spend a month in the north of Tanzania including the Serengeti NP alongside various others locations. Unfortunately, we had no luck in the two days we spent in the Serengeti but I also proposed to do the Ol Doinyo Lengai hike as it just looked magical when you first posted about it. I was honestly skeptical at first about the trip as it was during midnight, was intensely strenuous, and as a 19 year old did not think I could do it. Not to mention you had the chance to encounter Leopards in the wild hahaha. But after hiking for hours with a horrible headlamp, we made it to the top. We were unfortunately greeted with horrible cloudy and windy conditions at the top around 6 AM (literally could not see anything) and my family and guide started to head back down but I personally waited a bit longer alone at the top and luckily enough, the clouds slowly faded away giving me the similar view you had which was honestly amazing :)) All alone walking at the ridge top of this volcano truly makes you appreciate the creation of life laid before your eyes. The jagged ridges and Lake Natron in the far distance were absolutely stunning.
Wow I’m so happy you hear you hiked Ol Doinyo, I know very few people who have. I’m glad the clouds cleared after all the effort you made to climb to the top! Did you get some great photos/videos from your time up there?
@@RyanShirley It was such an amazing experience! Just like you mentioned not only the hike but the location itself is very difficult to get to and to plan for accordingly! I went just this last September with my family and had only seen one other group of tourists hiking the mountain at night. And yes, absolutely stunning views once it was clearing up at the top! I'm not sure if we took the exact same path but I had to make my way towards the 'front' of the ridgeline where you could then look-out on the immensely vast view below and where you referred to it with the Simba quote which really stuck with me :p On the right side there were waves of clouds hit by the shining morning sun which also looked amazing in contrast to the mountains. I won't lie though I was absolutely battered with wind gusts when I was up there hahahah. And then finally hiking all the way down in the immense African heat and volcanic dust destroyed by legs and knees 🤣. Overall one of the best hikes I've done in my life and I just wanted to thank you for giving me the inspiration for it! Don't think I would have found it without your video :) ❤
I've been a solo traveler for 30 years, and you obviously have a gift for capturing the beauty of places. Some of my favorite experiences travelling have been when I volunteered my time while I was there, maybe you could look into doing this kind of activity to round out your experiences and showcase how travel can be more than "tourism".
