Wishing you the best of luck. Also, if you plan well, you don’t have to be rich to travel. Yes, you have to be financially stable, but not necessarily rich.
Wow! Last year you focused on Europe so much that I forgot how many places you've been. It's pretty amazing. I like your focus on active travelling rather than just sitting at a resort or going on about hotels and restaurants which many travel vlogs do. At this point I think it would be a good idea for you to do a segment about travelling itself: getting from here to there, dealing with languages, customs, packing, etc. - all the nuts and bolts of travel. Plus you could give tips like checking government websites about the current political situation os destinations that can sometimes be troubled, or avoiding the enormous crowds at the more popular destinations by going off season, and noting that many of them are always photographed before the crowds arrive. Or note that it's not always the sunny day in many places that touring photos and blogs make it seem.
Thanks so much John! This year I want to focus more on places like Africa and South America. That’s a great idea regarding making videos on “how to travel”, I need to start thinking of some ideas for a series like that! Always appreciate your thoughts and comments.

I haven't watched all of this yet but I have so many things to congratulate you on. Getting your drone into so many countries. Incredible colour grading of your footage. But most of all, finding so many sunny days to get footage in Britain and Ireland! I also can't get over your footage of Greenland, and it's rare for something to blow my mind these days.

I got so stuck into work life for 7 years i forgot on what im missing out on. (I am 25) In 8 months ill be back in Europe. Thank you you really woke me up and inspired me a lot
As someone who is only 17 and already itching to explore the world, this really makes me even more excited and determined to have the means to be able to travel to these incredible places. I'm off to Costa Rica next week to do some conservation work and go explore the country with some of my classmates and I know that will really give me the travel bug. Any advice for someone who is young who wants to travel as much as possible?
That’s awesome Declan! Costa Rica will be life changing! I’d say just save up money and travel when you can, and i recommend documenting your travels by filming them and make RUclips videos from it

a place I HIGHLY recommend going to is Baja! I went there just back in January and February, drove all the way down the peninsula and back, and it was one of the best experiences ever. Especially if you are someone who likes camping and being outdoors, I was there 60 days and 54 of them were spent sleeping outside which was part of what was so great about it! if you are a kayaker there are some super amazing places to go especially on the Sea of Cortez, I really loved Bahia Concepcion, it was just a dreamlike place to paddle it really felt like you were on glass or in the sky! Cabo Pulmo is another amazing place the views and walking trails are out of this world although it is the windiest place I have ever been. The highlight of the whole trip though may have been going to Laguna San Ignacio and taking one of the Kuyima whale tours! There are a few other places in Baja where you can take the tours, but I'm pretty sure Baja is the only place in the world that has the friendly whales. The whales are so magical and they come right up to your boat and and you get to pet them! They like being pet and they also like singing and came closer to our boat when we started singing! The guides are also all very kind and respectful of the animals. Well this was a very long post but overall Baja is amazing!!! (best food food I've eaten and the kindest people I've met as well)
Awesome job. Your video is amazing. I just feel that Brazil is still unknown to majority of ppl. A country that is almost the size of Europe deserved more mentions. At least places like Angra bay islands, Serras Gerais with its pristine water lakes in the middle of an untouched nature, the islands with white sand beaches in Amazonian rivers and the turquoise water beaches of Arraial do Cabo, very near Rio de Janeiro city are as beautiful or even more beautiful than some places mentioned in the video. It was nice that you included Lençóis Maranhenses though. In Cook Islands, I was wishing to see Aitutaki lagoon.
@@RyanShirley Yes, I'm from Brazil. Even though this video is in Portuguese, the images give an idea about how unexpected is to find sand beaches in Amazonian rivers. It's so much water that it looks like the sea. Obviously the beaches are formed during the dry season: ruclips.net/video/Hn89IFD4ECU/видео.html&ab_channel=Rol%C3%AAFam%C3%ADlia And the region of Jalapao and Serras Gerais, which I believe to be Brazil's most hidden secrets.
❤️❤️❤️
Wait ! A minute you getting too too far on your comment He doesn’t have to get into Government and Political This isn’t what his videos are all about He isn’t the PRINCE of bum F somewhere! You got a lot a nerve pal! And to Ryan you seem so sweet and passionate with a heart of gold! Like none of these uncalled for comments from those don’t affect you❤ You always answer replies with kindness and you make it better for a question that was to what I believe is inappropriate to help others
I appreciate these young people making this video. I don't understand how they could afford all of this. Glad they did
Thanks so much Neal! I’m just thankful you watched my video
Incredible video. We are quite happy to see our Lençóis Maranhenses in your list, with so amazing images. Congratulations!
Haha I got lucky on my trip to Scotland! Had some good sunny days, didn’t realize I was so lucky. Where would you want to travel to most?
What an amazing video! I was happy that finland made your list, really cool to hear what people think about our land from other countries. My favorite places that I visited in the world are Alaska, Hawaii, Switzerland, Iceland, the Canadian Rockies, and Zhangjiajie in China.
Really hope to explore more of this beautiful world in the future! Thanks for the great video Ryan!

In 8 months ill be back in Europe. Thank you you really woke me up and inspired me a lot

@@RyanShirley Awesome to see New Zealand in ur video today!
This was absolutely incredible!!! I can't even believe it! Thank you! - from Vancouver BC.
Thanks so much Victoria! Did you have a favorite place?
As someone who is only 17 and already itching to explore the world, this really makes me even more excited and determined to have the means to be able to travel to these incredible places. I'm off to Costa Rica next week to do some conservation work and go explore the country with some of my classmates and I know that will really give me the travel bug. Any advice for someone who is young who wants to travel as much as possible?
That’s awesome Declan! Costa Rica will be life changing! I’d say just save up money and travel when you can, and i recommend documenting your travels by filming them and make RUclips videos from it
Be prepared to accept that you will be rich in experiences but not wealth. I've been all over this amazing world and am now in my 60s. Friends my age have wealth aplenty for their retirement whilst I'm busy saving for my next trip hee hee. I might regret it at 80 😂
Travel.. Buy a cheap campervan when you get to Europe to save a fortune on accommodation. We parked for free in a lot of places in Europe and Britain. Also there are places you can work for accommodation
I just discovered your page and WOW. I am literally teary eyed with so may beautiful places to explore. I am in my 40s and I hope it is not too late. You're an INSPIRATION!!
It’s never too late! Where do you want to visit most?

Wow, man...thank you so much for the inspiration. I saved a lot of locations and can't wait to see them in reality 🌏🌎🌍
Thanks so much Grigoras! Any place you’d like to visit most?
I've traveled around the world myself and I am glad to see that a majority of the sites are the timeless natural wonders of our Earth. Even when taking my kids on trips (Disney, Legoland, Busch Gardens, SeaWorld, Six Flags), their favorites have been visiting and exploring nature. Thankfully for me, that means less money when planning future vacations :)
Sounds like a nice planet. Will surely visit when I get the chance!
Where do you want to visit most?
@@RyanShirley Honestly, would probably want to visit Japan if I got the chance. I know it might seem kinda generic but I love everything I see and hear about it. 😄
Thanks for asking and great video btw!
It's amazing how many places you've traveled. It's truly a gift to experience these memories. Thank you for making a touching beauitiful video for feature places around the world to visit! You are truly blessed with a beautiful life to have lived for. These places are amazing out of this world, down right gorgeous I'd love to visit them one day.

Wow, this travel guide has given me some serious wanderlust for Brazil! 🌴🌊🌺 I've always dreamed of visiting Rio de Janeiro 🏖️🏰 and now I have even more places to add to my list. The natural beauty of Iguazu Falls 🌈 and the Amazon rainforest 🌿🦜 seem breathtaking, and I can't wait to try some authentic Brazilian cuisine 🍴 in Salvador. He should just visit the countries he describes in this video, lol.
Interesting that you want to travel to Iceland and Finland, not so common choice...
a place I HIGHLY recommend going to is Baja! (best food food I've eaten and the kindest people I've met as well)
Wow you’ve convinced me to visit Baja! I’ll try to visit soon ☺️
You're the Man keep it up bro. 👍

Amazing video! You're blessed. I've only visited 13 of the 100 listed: Martinique, St Lucia, Dubai, Rome, BC, Banff, Maldives, Florence Tuscany, Swiss Alps, Paris, Sardinia, French Riviera, Mallorca. 87 to go! :)
Thanks so much Adriana! I’m going to try to do a video on Brazil in the coming weeks ☺️ are you from Brazil?
@@RyanShirley Yes, I'm from Brazil. Even though this video is in Portuguese, the images give an idea about how unexpected is to find sand beaches in Amazonian rivers. It's so much water that it looks like the sea. Obviously the beaches are formed during the dry season:
ruclips.net/video/Hn89IFD4ECU/видео.html&ab_channel=Rol%C3%AAFam%C3%ADlia
And the region of Jalapao and Serras Gerais, which I believe to be Brazil's most hidden secrets. Brazil is commonly associated with beaches, but the countryside deserves to be visited too.

Brazil is overhyped 😂 Ive visited last year the wildlife is amazing but of you’re talking about beaches & Islands it’s far from French polynesia, Philippines and Indonesia

Agreed that the South Island of New Zealand is amazing. Especially in winter. The north has some good beaches and the Waitomo glow worm caves (the caving experience there is epic). But nothing beats Queenstown in winter. If you like snowcapped mountains and misty fjords like I do, Queenstown/South Island is a stunner!
it must have been hard to make this video and select the top 100 places, with so many amazing places in this beautiful world. But I can't believe you didn't mention Arraial do Cabo/Rio and the Amazon rainforest

Yukon's Tombstone Territorial Park and Kluane National Park. Montana's Glacier National Park.
