If we worry about being a horrible person or becoming a horrible person, and ur constantly thinking about it, it doesnt make u that person it just makes a afraid and scared person. If u think ur stupid and keep thinking u are, it doesnt make it so.
So thats not true, but what u think about constantly can affect your mood, and ur mental state, and ur spiritual growth. But what u feel, it is not who u are. Depression is not who you are, anxiety is not who you are.

Good morning from the UK, despite the ongoing problems, and I'm not just talking of covid 19, I have utilised this little meditation, of the thousands online, whilst keeping the window open, listening to chirpy birds outside, trying to let go of and forgive all the bad the outsiders have inflicted upon me, appreciating the cold Saturday morning air, embracing the quiet. I always choose to be truly grateful for anything good in my life and therefore I am worthy of better. Thank you.
The love of my life died 15 years ago but I am grateful everyday for the love he gave me & continues to give me and the joyous memories which will be with me forever. It was nice to just take a few moments to focus on that. Thanks ❤️
I found the “5 Minute Guided Meditation for Gratitude” by Mindful Movement to be a calming and refreshing experience. I am grateful for all the good things happening. I am grateful to have transcended the bad ones and I am grateful to forgive those who hurt me and to forgive myself. I am grateful for the opportunities to safely learn from my mistakes. I am grateful. 🙏🏻
Today I felt a bit overstimulated and as I haven’t meditated in a long time I figured I’d give it a try before bed to help relax myself rather than being tense. With my eyes closed, I felt every breath I took in and released. When she said to think of someone you appreciate I thought of my gf and my eyes flooded with tears because she does so much for me and does her best to help me in ways she knows how. I don’t usually comment on videos, but for this one I had to.
This meditation helped pull me out of a negative spiral of thoughts. The first thing that popped into my mind was my dog and how loving she is, and I couldn’t help but smile. Thank you.
This is my 3rd day of practice. Usually 5 minutes is long for me but this seemed fast, so I did another one whch was just over 2.5 minutes. Thank you for your work; it is so important. ❤️

My ERC teacher always puts this on after 3 minutes of talk. Then my whole class is soo quiet and peaceful it was like. A small blessing!
