Not available in South Africa and Africa, Sony does not even allow buying online and courier to other countries which is not part of limited few, verified via email to me by Sony Japan.

Your only mistake is your screen, If you have a good camera you must have an unbeatable screen, which offers you the best possible experience in capturing and viewing your photos, videos and why not enjoy a movie, How I previously did it on my Xperia device

the sencor is too small for zoom, vivo is using 1/1.4 for zoom now. sony is unmatch with the ov companys, too bad marketing

For this price, the updates offered at three or four years are clearly too few. Samsung, Apple and Google with seven years simply show much more in terms of sustainability and resource conservation. Apart from that, Sony cheats with the telephoto lens, the sensor has been installed in this form for five years, almost all other manufacturers have now switched to 1:1/2'' sizes for their telephoto lenses with significantly better results in low light. During the day, the 1VI Sony takes attractive pictures in the telephoto range, but only at the short end, towards the evening it becomes very modest. For the 24 Generation VI, old wine in new bottles is being sold for a high price, even if the idea of a variable telephoto certainly seems appealing at first glance. Let's hope that this year at least the previous weaknesses in reception and acoustics are remedied (when making calls or listening to music, the sound is surprisingly really great, even from the built-in speakers). For all those who criticize the downgrade in the display, a note from the 40+ generation: with the reduced resolution, there are finally halfway reasonable font sizes; until now, even at the largest setting, these were more in the realm of mousecinema.

The new camera app is a disaster. An empty thick black bar on the left, an ugly and inconvenient zoom slider, some of the interface labels are horizontal, some of the labels are vertical, a huge white shutter button in Pro mode, histogram in the farthest corner.
Getting rid of 4k and 21:9 aspect ratio was a huge mistake.
