i am going to seville tomorrow for the easter weekend, i m not religious but i do like the spanish tradition of involving everyone at easter and the processions.
A lot of sevillian are not religious neither, now is more a cultural tradition.
How was it? I am going next year. Are things still open? Worried about grocery stores and restaurants being closed. Or too crowed to go to nice restaurant.
You can enjoy it just for the sake of art and culture.

Kirill Kudriavtsev the Catholic church praises Mary since forever either you are not Catholic or you didn’t understand the Catholic faith. In any case this is a Catholic and most importantly Spanish tradition.
People judging art and culture are incapable of understanding human nature, this brings joy to people and the people together. Plato said intelligence is what moves people towards beauty, but what will you know of the mentality behind this culture, you’re probably some American that only looks at this “stuff from Europe” and calls it pretty while all the culture you have are McDonald’s hamburguers.
