Back in 2002 was 29 yrs old and got fired from a pretty good job. I was devastated, however I later found out that it was the best thing that happened to me. Tapped into my entrepreneur spirit and never looked at a job listing ever again. I feel the same will happen to you sir!!

I feel what comes through immediately is your attitude about the situation. So many people immediately adopt a negative perspective when they encounter setbacks. You however already demonstrate this will not stop you, but only motivate you to greater things. You've already won in my book sir!

My entire life was spent in fear of ever being fired or played off. I think I may have been better off if I hadn’t been so attached to the idea that I needed an employer.
Someone like you is not going to have a problem overcoming this unexpected hurdle. You will probably benefit from it. I do feel for the many folks who bought homes, cars and started families based on the idea that they were going to give 110% to Tesla and Tesla would provide them healthcare, a pay check and stability for the long term. Not everyone has the talent, energy or bandwidth to have a second career while giving all to their source of primary income and what’s left over to their families. The US really needs to recognize the burdens our capitalist society places on middle class Americans and take action to lesson those burdens. For example, our employers shouldn’t be playing parent to us by being responsible for our healthcare. No one should lose the ability to get well b/c they lost a job. In Germany, people are given two years severance pay giving them enough time to find a new job in most cases. And of course throughout Western Europe healthcare is not tied to employment. Why is it that we refuse to recognize what 2,000+ year old countries have ?

So sorry to hear. I purchased 2 mounts from you. The ones for the Scx6 and early bronco. They are my favorite mods for these trucks. Mainly because they are completely hidden. I Would purchase a revised version for other crawlers like the traxxas defender but they need to be completely hidden and no tabs. Also maybe some pre printed scale items like the ones Harley designs offers. 1/10 scale engines for moon buggies similar to the ones JE designs sells. Just shooting out some ideas.

Tesla does this every year. When ramping production at one or several of their factories, they over-hire, let things settle, then "trim the fat". Elon does this at SpaceX and X (Twitter) too. No offence but this process keeps companies efficient. I wouldn't worry though, since they're regularly ramping production somewhere in the company, you'll be picked up again.
