Quick menu is a really good feature, I do hope they update it to add additional quick menus for different express keys and also the ability to rename the buttons on the quick menu. Good thing I saw your post on twitter, I almost bought the Q620M.
Very nice review. I have the XP-Pen Deco V2 medium for the sole purpose of the jog wheel. I wish I would have paid extra for the Bluetooth model but... I would recommend anyone thinking of getting this one or the XP-Pen model to pay the extra money and get the Bluetooth version.
Thanks for the review, I was mostly curious if the second wheel would be disturbing as I could see my hands gliding over it. I'm already using its original ver for 2 years now, but if this ever breaks down, I'll likely consider its version 2 as my next upgrade! I'm also especially interested in the felt nibs and Quick Manual feature too :D
I love Huion tablets, but I hate their software. It keeps crashing out of the background on my Mac, making the tablet & key dial non-responsive until I start the software again. And on more days than not, the pen goes to my main display instead of my tablet (Kamvas 16), so I have to open their software, which shows the working area as still being the pen display, change it to my main monitor, and then back again. Otherwise, these are my favorite tablets to work with. Does anyone else have Huion software issues on their Mac? I'm trying to figure out if the software, or something specific to my system. Thanks. Your review of this tablet makes me think about going back to a pen tablet.
Hi, i have been watching alot of your videos. I am looking at getting this tablet. Do you think it would be a good pair for my 13.3 inch laptop in the go and when at my desk an asus rog 32 inch 1440 monitor. Or if there is a better option. Thanks in advance
I don't have or use a tablet. What I don't understand is how screen resolution works on the computer, driven by the tablet. Where does resolution originate, in the tablet or the computer? My laptop and external monitor both support 1920.
The tablet will have its own resolution to read the pen location precisely, the higher the better. You don't have to worry about the tablet resolution as tablets from 10 years ago already have pretty good resolution, and the ones today are even better.

The 2022 XP-Pen Deco pen tablets are using the new X3 pen which have slightly better drawing performance than previous pens. But the pen from previous model is already pretty good. The Huion pen performance is also good and very similar to XP-Pen. So you can choose based on other things such as price, warranty, features, shortcut buttons, design.
And when the battery dies what happens? Is it replayed or the tablet is for the garbage? The Wacom have a replacement battery the Huion? Ps. Very good reviews!

Can someone please explain to me why companies make the entire tablet surface black, rather than having the drawing area black (or some other color) and the outer dead board some other color? Is there a reason that the surface is all one color that I'm not aware of, mechanical or physiological? Thanks.
im not 100% sure, but i imagine doing seamless two colored "screen" is harder than making it one colored or using layer of paint on top, which could scrape off. and if they made it with the seam, it would somewhat limit the usable area around it/ could be uncomfortable when drawing

i got the dial 2 and im going to send it back...photoshop ignores my tablet settings...ignores the pressure sensitivity settings....also i cant set it to rotate the entire image in photoshop .....useless.

Battery is probably not replaceable. So you'll have to use this in wired mode.

How does it compare to Inspiroy dial?
Bluetooth doesn't work under Linux OS - I find it as non-trivial nuisance unfortunately.
Does the new PW517 work on kamvas 22 plus?
The newer PW517 has more pointier tip than older ones, i wonder if it works on Kamvas 22 plus?

The huion tablet and samsung tablet have to be vertical. Shortcut buttons on the huion tablet and pen will not work.

Photoshop often requires additional settings adjustment before it can work probably. It's not specific to Huion
Hello, how quickly do the nibs wear down?
They usually give about 10 nibs along with the tablet and I only used 2 nibs after 9 months on my new tablet
