I ride goofy and sometimes switch and am 6 feet 195lb size 11 boot, will be purchasing the 154 twinpig. Appreciate your response!
It is an asym twin so yes it is made to go either way with reg or goofy riders. On my TwinPig it says "right foot" over one insert. This will help you get your heel side on the shorter/deeper sidecut and your toe side on the longer shallower side cut so it rides correctly. You also want to set this up perfectly duck (aka 15 front/-15 back) and centered to match the asymmetry. the 154 will work well for your specs. Cheers!
Loving your reviews! Looking for an all mountain freestyle board (no parks) and twinpig looks great. I'm 184cm, size 10 boot, around 170lb. Should I consider 151 or 154? thanks a lot!
Thanks! You are right in between sizes. The 154 is really wide and hard to control for 10's when the snow gets messy/uneven. It will float a lot better and be more fun to turn in good snow. The 151 will be a better all day ride and you will be able to control it with your boot size and weight a lot better. So probably 151 unless you want a pow/good conditions ride.

Yeah 148 is probably the better call. The 151 is pretty wide and coming from a 151 you might have surface area shock ;-) Yes it should work in the park very well.

I think you might like the 151 better if you want something more playful and quick or the 154 if you want more mountain speed but it will be a little slow edge to edge.
I think you could easily have a time on the 154 based on your specs. You could fit the 151 too depending on how you want to ride as these are very wide boards. They will feel a bit different based on my take from being a size 9 but you will still have a lot of fun.

Didn't ride the Zero so very hard to say with any certainty. All I can say is the Twinpig is more short/wide asym twin where the Zero is a traditional sized asym twin. So it should turn really quick but won't be as easy to throw around/spin compared to the Twinpig.
Hi, I have chance to buy twinpig new one 154 and I know that board ride short 3-6cm , I’ am 177cm and 73kg, pleas let me advice. There is no 151 unfortunately My regular size is 156-157 for snowboard
Judging from the comments, it seems like a 151 would be best for me (6ft, 180lbs, size 11 boot). I like more playful though and I don't mind sacrificing speed for fun. I don't do any big stuff, just small park stuff and dinking around on the sides of the runs. With that in mind, would the 148 work? Or is that just too little volume?
At your specs the 154 would be the better fit so 151 will already be small n playful. I ride the 151. Im a size 9, 185lbs, 5'10" and its perfect. Playful and fun. 148 is way too small for you so id pass on that size.
Yeah the 154 or 157 will work great for you. This is a really wide board so if you want easier maneuverability go 154. If you have a quiver the 154 might be more fun too. If you want more speed and better float in pow 157.
Great. Actually, GREATS!!! Really interested in the Yes Greats. I am 6ft 175lbs and size 11US boots. Ya think 154 or 156 will do it? Will be going to BC next week (revy, big white, whistler, sun peaks), and gonna pair the boards with the Orion Bindings from Jones and Bandito Christenson boots from 32. Thanks!

I think you could easily have a time on the 154 based on your specs. You could fit the 151 too depending on how you want to ride as these are very wide boards. They will feel a bit different based on my take from being a size 9 but you will still have a lot of fun.
I’m 5’8” 170 lbs 9.5 boot. What size would you recommend for twinpig? Thanks!
151 would be a pretty fun size for you.
@@thegoodridesnow was also thinking of gettting a yes greats. 154 or 151?
My 2 favorite Asynm twins. 154 for the greats
@@thegoodridesnow thank you for replying so quickly.
5'7, 180lbs, size 8 boot. Should i get a 148 or 151?
Usually on groomers and doing groundtricks. But want it as a do-it-all board.
Your weight is better for the 151 and boot size better for the 148 so depends on what you have now and how you like it. If you ride a little bigger for your specs (especially boot size) go 151. Hi, im 6’1 156lbs and size 10 boots, i Want this board for all mountain ride and do some powder when i can. I dont know wich one is better 151/154 ?
I would go 151. If you want to get into more detail though to be sure hit me up here. shop.thegoodride.com/
I took the 154 for more pow friendly. I usualy ride 162w, 151 seem very small to me. Did the 154 Will still be good ?
Been eying up the 2023 twinpig. Was really considering going for the Warpig, or Psychocandy, (more money equals a better board right….) but everything I’m seeing about the twinpig pushes me toward it. Just gotta figure out 148 or 151… 😂
I wouldn't say that more money ='s better in this case. It's more about which board appeals to you more. Can't help you with sizing because you didn't tell me anything about yourself. If you want real advice hit me up here. shop.thegoodride.com/merchandise/gear-advice/
Im 5'4 and about 155, would the 142 work or should go down to 136 due to my stance which is 19, size 8 boots, still riding a dc ply 147, thank you
What is your boot size?
@@thegoodridesnow size 8 boots
Sorry! missed that in the first question. I think the 142 would be better.
Thank you and no worries. Quite excited to get into the pig series
How would you compare Twinpig to Ride Zero?
Didn't ride the Zero so very hard to say with any certainty. All I can say is the Twinpig is more short/wide asym twin where the Zero is a traditional sized asym twin. So it should turn really quick but won't be as easy to throw around/spin compared to the Twinpig.
Im 5'10 155pounds with size 10 boots. would a 148 or 151 suit me more? Great Review btw.
@@donk6906 151
Hi, I have chance to buy twinpig new one 154 and I know that board ride short 3-6cm , I’ am 177cm and 73kg, pleas let me advice. There is no 151 unfortunately
My regular size is 156-157 for snowboard
Whats your boot size?
@@thegoodridesnow 42 euro size
154 is not a good fit then. It will be hard to turn and control with 42's.
@@thegoodridesnow 151 will be fit for me?
Yes
Size 10 and weighing at 195. Would the 157 work for me?
Might be too big. 154 would be better. How tall are you, how do you ride and what make/model/size board do you ride now?
Judging from the comments, it seems like a 151 would be best for me (6ft, 180lbs, size 11 boot). I like more playful though and I don't mind sacrificing speed for fun. I don't do any big stuff, just small park stuff and dinking around on the sides of the runs. With that in mind, would the 148 work? Or is that just too little volume?
At your specs the 154 would be the better fit so 151 will already be small n playful. I ride the 151. Im a size 9, 185lbs, 5'10" and its perfect. Playful and fun. 148 is way too small for you so id pass on that size.
@@thegoodridesnow i m 189 lbs and size 10. Did i make a wrong choice by buying the 154?
What is your height and what make/model/size board do you ride now?
@@thegoodridesnow i m 182cm
I rode a 160 jones mountain twin ( which i sold to get the 154 Pig) and a 153 Orca which feels absolutely perfect.
@@thegoodridesnow ??🙂🙂
Hi, i don’t know which size I should pick. Iam 195lbs and 6'2" …maybe the 154 could be good for me ? Mostly I ride groomers and sometimes park.
Twinpig / boot 11
Yeah the 154 or 157 will work great for you. This is a really wide board so if you want easier maneuverability go 154. If you have a quiver the 154 might be more fun too. If you want more speed and better float in pow 157.
155-160 lbs, size 11 boot. recommended size? Weight wise I could do the 148, but boot wise i feel like the 151 would be wiser.
151 would be better. What is your height.
@@thegoodridesnow 5' 9.5"
Sorry i missed this. Yep 151
Great. Actually, GREATS!!!
Really interested in the Yes Greats. I am 6ft 175lbs and size 11US boots. Ya think 154 or 156 will do it? I already have a Hovercraft 160 for powder and big carving, so the greats will be my all mtn, side hit, cruising and park board.
Will be going to BC next week (revy, big white, whistler, sun peaks), and gonna pair the boards with the Orion Bindings from Jones and Bandito Christenson boots from 32.
Thanks!
I think you might like the 156 better based on your specs and what you wrote.
thank you. just ordered it. cant wait to try. Cheers and thanks for your work.@@thegoodridesnow
Thank you so much for the help. As I said, I bought the 156 and I just love the board. Favorite of all time. It is just amazing. Cheers.@@thegoodridesnow
@@NilsenMouindhow do you find the width under foot? Im considering getting one and im similar specs to you just bigger boot size so i do t know if i should size up because i still want it playfull in the tips
@@kieranhowell577 I find it perfect for me (11 US). It is 27.6 cm wide under front and rear foot. Which is quite a lot. For reference, it is wider underfoot than my Hovercraft (27,15 front and 26,91 back) - an already wide board. I love the Greats.
selling your YES? :P
Hell no! love both of these boards and have both in my quiver.
