This song is about dealing with a loved one going somewhere far away...
On June 21, 2023, my cat, Squire, passed away. I had him for 16 years and he was always by my side. He was sociable, super sweet, and loved to cuddle with me. He also loved the kotatsu :3 It doesn't feel like a whole year has passed, and I still miss his presence.
I didn't initially intend for this song to be dedicated to my cat, the thought just occurred to me, and it happened to be the same month, so I decided to stick with it :')
