Tbh, if any action movie used this as their score, it would probably be one of the best I've heard in a long time hahaha.
The reason it sounds very score-like is because of the orchestra mixed with the industrial tempo of the song. It creates an "epic" sound very reminiscent of action-movie scores.

I mean, people were mad at metallica in '84 for releasing fade to black, as it was too much like a ballad.

Every album from day 1 was his making, he experimented like they are now with 'here and now', but Tom himself said he was dissapointed with it and even Sam said LF/LT was finally distancing themselves from the 'car crash' (his quote) that was that album. Tom got back on track basically. AGHAU was a similar more refined LF/LT and then he dies...(a literal hero of mine). Doesnt take much to hear HH is not good enough coz Tom is no longer writing stuff. So the band then stop going down the path Tom set out because simply they are not good enough to continue it (which is a testimant to Tom, not a shit on the band). I dont care if the band now make different music, but please dont brand it as Architects, as that was Tom and should rest with him. Rebrand it, dont taint the legacy he left behind. Going on the standard LF/LT, AGHAU was and the direction of it, theres no way Tom would have written the current album... this album doesnt sound like Tom at all. I just think that it's amazing to see classical instruments used in metal, and it works! Please, we need more of this! 🔥

It's not only a Masterpiece of Music...it's a revolution against today's mediocrity...thank you so much...

I'm not shitting on your thoughts of revolutions but metal has been doing orchestra mashes for a while and they're usually fucking amazing. Even back in the day Metallica did one with the San Fransisco Orchestra? I think...and it was amazing + dropped No Leaf Clover which IMO is one of their top 3 best songs ever. Anyway just sayin :3

We have reached an era where prog rock and metal are getting Abbey Road music videos. Never thought I'd see the day.

a t-shirt and a cap not afraid to be himself

The entire album has quite a few tracks with symphonic elements already. But I guess, yes, we definitely would love something more.

I wouldn't say no. But imagine the amount cry babies who'll come out in force over it. The metal community really know how to have their heads stuck up their own backsides when it comes to anything different.

This did exactly what I thought it would, bring me to tears. Sam’s voice somehow gets better and better with each release and he’s very much the model of vocal excellence 🤌🏻

As a classical musician AND a hard rock fan, this is AMAZING! I love when the two worlds collide. The song was great by itself but this is 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
