This is so important. Can you please answer my question? I recently saw a house and I found it is great. I have seen many houses already. It has one problem but it has so many other advantages. And I think I can make changes to resolve that problem to some extent. But it was on sales for 6 months until I saw it and during these six months the price dropped 50,000 £as the seller wanted to sell eventually(each time 25,000). I found the price is now great. I wonder why people did not buy such a gem!! I found it after the price was revised and I found it a great deal and put an offer that got accepted. However I have to say sometimes I feel suspicious. I am really surprised ppl did not see it..... Has it happened to you?
Perhaps you just got lucky. Or you were able to overlook a problem other couldn’t. You were able to resolve a problem others couldn’t. If the inspection comes back satisfactory and you like the house and feel the price is fair I’d say you’re good to go.

I saw people made strong bids on some ordinary houses... so let’s say their price was x and they made bids and the house was sold x+y. but this house dropped in price and became like z. And z is quite similar to x+y. But I believe those houses aren’t comparable ...I wonder why people don’t see these things!!!!! I m trying to understand human psychology! Yes the sale process began. Here in the U.K. the legal process takes like 2.5-3 months much more compared to the US and Australia
