    Great tip, I really struggle with loading my outside leg, went out and practiced this and it felt much better

    But Nate doesn't foot parallel to the baseline then limit you rotating into the ball?

    after viewing this, i went to my SwingVision and watch more than 40 forehands, looks like every time o lost a point, my feet was 45 degrees... this is important information. thanks for the hint.

    kevin garrilington says the opposite. he says 45 degree angle produces more coil
