Agree eyes wide open is the best and vultures second. Fire, grime and wound also cool Other songs have the synthetic vocals and sound too poppy . If all songs were like eyes wide open it would be sick. Falter could have been good but then on come thos synthetic poppy vocals in the chorus which just turn me off
@@MetalNeverDieswithMarkA well they failed at that One foot in the grave is a terrible song Very corny and she sounds like Hilary Duff or something In the other hand some brutal tracks but those hilary duff type synthetic vocals just destroy so many of the tracks I can't believe the producer allowed it as this record had the potential to be a classic groove metal album but it's been tarnished
Sounds like some fanboys can’t handle opposite opinions on the latest Kittie album! I personally enjoyed it but I’m not gonna go on the internet and cry about someone not enjoying this record. Whats also hilarious is that they will bring up magazine reviews, awards, success, etc. to justify it and defend this album like it’s the best thing ever. Those things don’t mean anything.
I enjoyed this new Kittie album but definitely understand it isn’t for everyone!
It’s ok. I don’t hate it. It’s the first album from them that I listened to the full album since Spit.
Enjoyed the album. Like Vultures a great deal!
Cool. I can see people liking this. It’s just not my thing I guess
I really love the album I always liked kittie Morgan is gorgeous
@@jamesbaker7476 ya she’s pretty easy on the eyes that’s for sure.

They were trying to get that commercial sounding hit with some of the songs.

@@Burningwitch616 ya I agree with you.
I was also a fan of the doc 👍
Me too. Me too
I thought it was ok. Eyes wide open was a good song. I also liked the commercial sounding song One Foot in the Grave.
Cheers JC

@@DylanTheCDAndVinylCollector I said some positives
@@DylanTheCDAndVinylCollector I can see fans liking this album. Morgan has a great voice.
I was never a big fan, for me it’s on par with pretty much all their older albums, it was alright
@@py16667 fair enough. I agree with ya
Nice review Mark! Sounds like a rather lukewarm comeback from a band that hasn't released anything new for 13 years.
They are trying to make hits. They stayed within a certain pocket. It is what it is.
They should change their name to “Cougars”
😂 exactly!!
