Imagine paying so much for a gamepad with potentiometers 💀💀💀
Exactly. So much money only to have a guarantee that the analog sticks will fail at some point. The potentiometers arent even high quality or anything, same plastic material. Quite sad.
First-timers are 100% damaging the sticks or shell when removing.
Agreed, I feel in this scenario thats what happened. The previous owner tried to fix but ended up causing more harm. But all good its working perfectly fine now. I guess it needed a little more time after cleaning. Its performing even better than what it was during the video.
That's why I will not buy one till Microsoft fixes that issue!
Agreed. Honestly if Microsoft and Sony both use magnetic hall effect analog sticks, drift issues would become a thing of the past.

Lol i think the previous owner played too much COD as well. Hence the drift. But its all fixed now so ready for round 2.
