  • So, just another look... fresh traps made last night and this morning... already working.
If you have Hornets, Yellow Jackets or Wasps, this will work for you, beautifully, and completely natural. No lures or any chemicals...
Just 1 c. Cane Sugar to 2 c. "filtered" water, if you use city or county chlorinated water to remove the chlorine smell and taste.
For Hummingbird feeder areas, barns and gardens, just put the traps where people traffic is not heavy so you don't get in the "Spawn of Satan's" way... but close enough to the area you want these things gone from. These video clips are from my back porch...
Change your traps at or after sunset because they quit flying at sunset.
I have dead Hornet and Yellow Jacket carcuses laying in a pile on the ground for the Oppossum to clean up at night. He/she loves candied Hornets and Yellow Jackets...
This really does work and the flies... you will catch thousands of them too...
These are just glass jar traps. You can also use the big farm jug traps as well... just mix 2 to 1 ratio of cane sugar and filtered water, if the water is from a public water supply.
Proof is right here... I love my home brews... LOL!
Do not try to change your traps in the middle of the day. Always wait till sunset. Plus, if you are near them in the day, wear white as it deflects body heat and they will not go after you. If you wear dark colors, the dark color fabrics show body heat and they will go after body heat in dark color clothing.
To clean my traps, I just use my water hose with a basic brass nozzle to spray the traps out with pressure inside and the hose down my porch to wash away any spills...
As you can see... it works.
My Facebook page has more video clips of how well the traps really work before I clean them out. Facebook.com/1debbielightnash
Thanks for watching and please share if you know of anyone who has Hornets, Yellow Jackets or Wasp issues... this might help them out.
