Sir this is a unique board generally s3 state won't get activated before the s4 state but here its just the opposite first rtc then charging section then ldo power then io requirement like nbswon then dnbswon then rsmrst then sl_s5 then s4 then s3 then core signal vron and so on

You are right but just need to focus on the basic requirements of the sequencr... If there is variation in the signal r there is glitch in the voltage then always come from the basic.

I am clueless what exactly your technical qualification is, your troubleshooting skill way less than average at least in technical term. That display shows 0.053A means 53 milli amp but I just laughed at @1:35 how you presented it. Amperage is not unit but Amp is. Anyone who knows volt amps will laugh too.

There could be switching issue of any component which is not allowing complete current to paas through and the system is getting off.
