I've done a pretty close examination of 2 M365pro's now, I bought 1 second hand and 1 direct from Aovo - the first 1 (2nd hand) had a weld that failed and cracked open and the scooter almost split in half at the front of the deck - I put that down to being abused by the person I bought it off and thought it'd still make good cheap spares for a new one and so I ordered one direct from Aovo along with a smart 4u helmet - bad mistake- the scooter turned up a few days late which I wasn't too fussed about, but the helmet was around 8-9 weeks- I test it (light in back of helmet) and The helmet worked... once- I plugged it in to charge it up fully and it hasn't worked again since(I tried the 3 hour charge/reset too)- As for the scooter - it came with a faulty degrading battery which they eventually agreed to replace after 6/7ish Emails over 2 weeks- Also ,their "improved 10.5Ah" battery on the M365pro's are not 10.5Ah at all - they are actually 7.5Ah! (Same capacity as what they are supposed to be an improvement on) I dissected the battery (model 10s3p) and discovered it consists of 30 2500MAh cells- they would need to be 3500MAh to deliver the stated 10.5AH at 36Volt (Dangerous - don't dissect lithium battery packs unless you know what you are doing!!) I'm guessing that if I checked the other 2 that I have they will be identical too - These Aovo scooters might sound like really good value for money when compared to the Xiaomi equivalent, but I get the feeling that they are really priced accordingly with their lower quality at best - If you have the lil extra money for a better scooter then spend it on a better scooter!! All the best.
Just keep up with it. They might try and give you a partial refund. I went back to them and after another conversation with customer service they gave me a full refund. Good luck!

My clip stopped working my mudguard fell off and my handle bar is rattling and now the bottom of my scooter nails are falling out and I was riding about ten mins ago and it was scaraping against the floor and I’ve had enough
I've got one of theses befor I seen this video and it's terrible it's the handle bars they keep moving and turning sideways which I don't get because the holes line up when u put the handle bar on weard
Contact the customer service. If you are from UK, they do have a repair centre. I had a different problem, I pestered them constantly, they do not want to refund, but they will send parts or let you send to the repair centre for free. They fixed my issue in 2 weeks. I would suggest u save up for a xiomi I’ve ordered mine off maplin and it took a day to process my payment and dispatch my order and I should be getting it in the next to days I was looking to buy a aovo put looking at all the reviews it looked like I would of just wasted my money on a crappy piece of kit

Just returning mine on eBay now similar tedious problems coming up with the scooter all within the span of 20 days or so use. I recommend you buy from a seller on eBay for eBay money back guarantee that’s how I was covered otherwise I’d be fucked
Because their customer service is in another country which has a different time zone. I found that emailing them early in the morning I had the quickest replies up to about 11am our time. After that they are probably not working so you have to wait until the next day.
The aovo m365 pro has been on sale (went down from $439 to $299) now for over a week EVEN THOUGH it stated clearly that the sale event will last for only 2 days. I’m disappointed because if they are truly confident about their product, why do this? The number of available scooters changed from 151 to 94 and back up again…I am now worry that It’s all a scam and I would get a crappy scooter and wasted money for junk. I bought the scooter because I read the reviews and they seemed good overall, falling for the sale tactic and reviews, and I hope they are all true although I’m skeptical because I already spent money. I will update you guys after I received a product and used it for a month or more.
Buy a fender guard from Amazon cost £11 comes with a spear mud guard and a plastic fender guard you screw into makes it solid I added super glue for extra stability I can take it off road no problem
@@joshjones6501 I was thinking of buying the xiaomi suspension for it as a xiaomi mudguard fits on it but it seems to me that the xiaomi suspension fits into the wheel on the side into a small nut kind of thing but the aovo doesn’t have that on the wheel
The customer service doesn’t work over the weekend so you should get a reply Monday. I think scooters are getting stuck in shipping at the moment due to covid so you could be waiting for a long time.

I bought mine from Amazon just in case I had issues. Sadly mine is maxing out speed many times 11-13 MPH. I have an EverCross before this and the brakes were a death trap. I think I will just have to send it back. I was expecting to use this as my work commuter vehicle. No very happy with this. I hate waiting ALL day for delivery/pick up.
@@joshjones6501 Just a tip but you probably know, after you have pumped the tyres up, when you unscrew the valve and you hear some air escape, what's sounds like just a small amount will actually be loads and pressure will drop quite a bit, so definitely get a little pressure gauge to check afterwards, but those air filled tyres will feel like a rolls Royce compared to those solid ones lol, enjoy it pal 😄
@@coaldust01 When air escaped is usually only a small amount (about 5psi) if you have installed and uninstalled the valve extender and pump correctly. You dont need to buy an extra pressure gauge i would just put an extra 5psi ok top of what you usually put to account for the loss in air. And thanks😁

@@liam4654 my mud guard snapped off and the mechanism is shaking and the handlebars shake from side to side and there noise coming from the stem and and the battery feels like it’s lost power and I’ve not thrashed it at all I’ve legit babyed my scooter 🤣 and I always make sure it’s fully charged so hopefully they will do something about it
@@liam4654 the aovo scooters are a lot faster than all the other scooters. u can mod the aovo to go from 19 to 28 mph wich is decent but I wouldn’t recommend riding it in the wet as I think from me riding it in the wet it’s got water into the battery or something that’s why it’s maybe lost power but the mudguards are terrible on them u can get like. Mudguard protector thing to stop it from snapping or u can make ur own one and plus where I live the roads are pretty wet n rough so I think that’s just caused all the problems for me I’d say if your riding it in dry smooth places then I would recommend it but if your riding in wet rough roads then I wouldn’t recommend it as mines not held up very well and with Aovo saying the scooter is water proof don’t listen to that cuz it’s not true at all
Aovo is shit - anyone reading this and thinking of buying one - don't it'll save u a lot of time and effort and money. I bought 2 scooters in December 2020 mudguard broke off both of them twice and the battery on both can barely even do 7kilometeres before running out of charge

Not for the Aovo but you might be able to get one branded for the xiaomi scooter to work for the aovo. I believe aovo sells a scooter with suspension.
