Friday Night Funkin' Whitty Ballistic sounds really neat slowed down

i haven't actually even played the game (id probably suck at it anyway) but i think the music is neat
i wanted to hear what whitty's voice sounded like slowed down and i realized that the song changes pretty much completely when slowed down at whatever random rate i set it to.
the video effect is a few layers of the same image with the mosaic effect and color balance on both of them and the wave effect on the top layer (multiply blend mode)
in true adobe fashion the video isn't even supposed to look like this
somehow adding the wave effect under the mosaic effect increases the mosaic effect. but it looks cool like it so i didn't try to fix it. the weird outlining happened in the export as i expected. I wish premiere pro supported nearest neighbor filtering...
