Thanks Vinyl Monkey. It was scary when I lost most of my hearing. But it seems to be coming back now. I know I was awful about the guy on the plane, but I'm really angry I got unwell. Time seems to get more precious as we experience more. I can't say a bad word about the cat... I'm afraid I'm in agreement with you on pets, except for a more selfish reason... Cost and commitment. But that will be just between us. 😂😂😂

Sorry to hear you were unwell too. The gall bladder usually entails changing a lot of eating habits after it. I have a friend who had his out a couple of years ago and he kept to the diet. He looks great now. A lot better than I do... The bastard!!!! 😂 All the best for your recovery.

Very similar thing happened to me...and I have...still have ...only partial hearing in my left ear..mind you unlike you it was my own fault..16 years old...run to the front at my very first gig, I was like a stabbed rat back then,wiry...knew no fear.. mighty quick ..and I get compressed ( crushed) against the bass speaker by 250 like minded fans (idiots) for about 2 hours...I mean exactly how bad can it be? Tell me are this Black Sabbath band in any way a loud one?

I remember being deaf for three days around the same age after seeing Black Sabbath supported by Motorhead. Oh the bravery of youth. 😂
