Remember when I was lying in a hospital bed slowly dying at the age of 26 when my liver was failing from auto immune hepatitis to now being a completely healthy 37 year old in full remission, running and exercising and executing my goal to become a fully qualified and full time employed graphic designer.

God Bless M A! I also, at 17, had bacterial meningitis, 107 fever & tho my parents had been at the hospital ~24 hrs, told to go home to get some rest, surgeon came to examine me & said to nurses we’re going for immediate surgery
Told to get verbal consent, nurses said my parents < 10 min away-‘we don’t t have 10 minutes, this kid is dying NOW!. Obviously spared my life, 7 surgeries & many infections over next 6 yrs-now 43 w/ 3 degrees, nice career, author, working on book #2 & building speaking biz...
God is Great!!!

I accomplished one of my biggest goals in life this year: join a group private practice as a marriage and family therapist. My medium term goal is to acquire 10 clients per week! I currently have 2.

After I watched this video last month...I think it was. I changed my diet completely, get up early every morning to exercise and I lost about 15 lbs. Thanks Alux!
Remember! I was able to put away $14,500 this year. My goal for 2020 is to double the amount I saved so this time next year I should have about $45,000 or more. I read 3 books. I’m already a super clean and organized person and I didn’t ever expected anyone to solve my problems so all in all I think I’m doing alright. About my childhood dream. I have never been to a water park. Always wanted but my guardian was too afraid I was going to drown. Til this day it haunts me. I cried so much and even now that I’m 44, I still resent my aunt for mot taking me. Funny thing is I now live a few blocks from one. This summer, wet-n-wild on Ft Apache in Las Vegas NV is going to get a visit from yours truly. Okrrrr!!!

I'll clean up my desk today and have a to do list for tomorrow. Those who don't know how to meditate, it's the same as doing your devotional and saying a prayer first thing in the morning. It works wonders, try it.

Just finished my second book. 2019 was depressing but not as depressing as it wouldve been had i given up.
Take heart! For me, 2018 was depressing, and just like you I refused to give up. After a traumatic event my cognitive abilities became a lot slower, so I focused on getting into better physical shape, giving my mind the time it needed to heal in the meantime. I can tell you that next year will look a whole lot better for you. God bless you.

Cutting back on social media and looking at ways to expand my business. Thank you Alux!
My husband and I made solid plans and stuck to them for over a year. We put up with jobs we hated but completely changed our lives by moving halfway across the U.S. Without knowing a soul, we secured jobs, survived Covid and look forward to the great things this part of the country will offer. It still seems like a dream and we have stress but it is a great feeling remembering how much we wanted it.

I just found you on RUclips, and Iistened to this video. The most important thing for my improvement of life experience is to clean out my house to prepare for downsizing. I will put 3 hours on a schedule for tomorrow to go through closets and cull belongs. I will REMEMBER to contact an old friend as well. Thank you!

Can you please make a video series on the best apps you’d recommend in popular categories? Nutrition, wellness, fitness, productivity, learning apps from learning languages to coding, etc. Most people don’t mind even paying for apps as long as they’re actually beneficial. I’m so overwhelmed with the hundreds of apps I have on my phone that I haven’t used in months or years, but I keep thinking that I might need it in the future and I’m not sure which programs to pay for and subscribe to so I’d really appreciate some help here! During this pandemic we all are dealing with depression due to less income and the economy affecting your income. Ironically, I am watching the movie Alice in Wonderland and she stated, to do six ( possible) things before breakfast. I am doing some of these things in this video which I know will help me each day to accomplish my goal and not be depress. However, sometimes it can be other obstacles that causes a setback in your goals. My example is I watched this video 10 months ago and completed my diploma as a MA ( medical assistant) then I got sick with my OR that cause me not to pursue the field of medical profession. Last but not least, the pandemic hit America and I am consider the senior group that make me more vunerable to the virus. I really don't like to complain but life circumstances can cause you to be even more depress about the goals you have accomplish and can't pursue them. You who is reading and watching this video during the pandemic time, do what you can to stay postive cause I want to keep my the faith that this pandemic storm will soon pass. With blessing, stay safe, hopefully we will get through the pandemic era.

1. Idea of planning for the coming day and next week ahead.
Meditation, I just recently heard a good definition for; and didn’t really know what Meditation meant I’m sorry/ embarrassed to admit. It means
“To become familiar with whatever your concern is.”
“To give your concern some thoughts to obtain clarity about whatever that concern is.” Break that concern down and apart to get to the core of it. “ Don’t feel in the unknown blanks, unless situation demands immediate action; and if you filled in the blanks remember that so you open to see the truth / answer later when it appears to then make the corrections. Only fill in the blanks when have no choice but too.
Never lie to self. If are repeating your thoughts going nowhere, you are slipping into worry. If are not uncovering true facts, about subject of concern, than stop, do something else, end meditation. Don’t be injecting beliefs. Only time to inject beliefs is when situation is urgent and demands your immediate actions, then give it best guess; remembering this, so will be open to see the correction when it appears that is necessary to make. Often life doesn’t allow you time to gather all information to make accurate decisions. If have the time take it to do best.

When I was a kid I want to be super hero.
You can be! You can get super fit. Or you can decide to confront someone committing an immoral or in just act. You can start learning a martial art. Or First Aid. Or volunteer to help those that need it. Or finally pick up archery (OK that was my dream). For some of the above : please do not bring others into danger unnecessarily, or yourself if you are a young parent.

I love your intro "a place where future billionaires come to get inspired." :) I love how you pointed out all the bad habits I've been making that's making me somewhat depressed & discouraged. Also, thank you for the word "remember" because when I was a child, I always wanted to buy my siblings toys so they could play more but I couldn't because I didn't have the money back then. I don't have that much today either, but I know I'm more than capable of doing that. I really appreciate this video. I also love the voice because it feels like travelling into the future. :D
