Trapped behind enemy lines! Surrounded on all sides by deadly battle droids! All in a day's work for the Bad Batch!
While investigating reports of strange modified battle droids, the squad find themselves at the mercy of a sinister Separatist scientist, who plans on using the team as a part of his twisted experiments. Caught in a lethal game of cat and mouse, this mission may prove too dangerous even for the Bad Batch!

Crosshair freeing himself with his toothpick was a nice touch, but a lot of the artwork was copy-pasted from the show.
Nice to finally give the Batch their first comic appearence and this might be the only chance for us to see Tech again.
Do i have to read the other hyperspace stories comics or can i start with the bad batch one?
@@Fernando2699. They only are interconnected through that Wookie toy-doll, but otherwise they're all Standalone-stories.
Hopefully if they get another comic I hope they can have the bad batch after echo joined
This is a ridiculous comic, but I'm still glad that the Bad Batch has finally made a comic appearance.
It was interesting to see a bad batch version of droids fighting them

Always wondered if they would try to make a droid Bad Batch. And Tofen's Raiders!!!?!!! If they bring Tofen back in the canon comics, I'm gonna go over the moon. He was basically Anakin's CIS counterpart.
The Visual Guide for Rise of Skywalker referenced Valahari from that story.

Issue 6 of this series shows the origins of the Wookiee doll
@@weppon5266 Yeah, but it’s issue 1 where we see some Jedi artifact be placed inside the doll. Even when the doll is returned to its owner in issue 4 and even when Jedi and Sith detect the doll, we still have no idea what the artifact is. Why is it so important and so connected to the Force?
