When considering low profile coolers for ITX builds, neither aesthetics nor noise levels are the primary concerns. The real issue is thermal management. I specifically watched this video to hear about thermal management but ended up feeling like the "tech expert team" just named off the 5 most popular coolers and pointed out their key marketing selling points.
You did not effectively convey why I should consider any of these recommendations and I really don't think you understand why it absolutely is tough to find a decent cooler for small form factor builds. Hint: it's not what a cooler looks like or what a cooler sounds like, it's how a cooler actually performs its one and only job when TDP is above 200 watts while a GPU is ramping up the ambient temp inside the case.
The fact of the matter is that not a single one of these recommended coolers is meant to deal with even a modest Core i7-13700's thermals beyond nominal loads. That eliminates high-end gaming and productivity with modern processors that, to be fair, are about to be outmoded by 14th Gen architecture.

      A modest 13700? I wouldn't call a 13700 modest in any regards.

Your mistake is using Intel for low profile builds.

A cooler with a 95W TDP cannot handle the "most demanding" of CPUs.

What makes any of these the 'best'? I'm researching coolers for my 13th gen i7, and none of these coolers are up to par with that processor for high-performance gaming. Disappointing!

Best is to house the low profile cpu cooler in the matx case with 2 front.line panel. More and more airflow the better. Especoallly aid from the desk panel. The working rpom should be dust free

I did something crazy and replaced the Noctua NH-L9a AM4, Premium Low-Profile CPU Cooler I had with a Zalman CNPS-80G Ultra Quiet CPU Air Cooler Value Edition(2023), a classic flower heatsink design, merely for looks. To my surprise the performance is comparable (heat and sound; unknown longevity), and paired with the Acedlie m.2 ssd heatsink it gives my motherboard almost a steampunk look. I love it in my micro-itx build, housed inside of a sgpc k49 case. Sadly I can't find a review of the thing anywhere.

Hey, thanks. I'm pretty happy with it. I had gamed off of only the 5600g for a couple of years during the gpu apocolyspe and it has served me well.@@Techfluencer
