That scene with the painting has got to be one of the funniest parts of mr Bean 😂
this movie is underrated it makes me happy to see someone actually react to this movie thank you
"He's just here in the shower with me" is the best line in the whole film and the best moment is David freaking out over the new face on the painting XD
Where he’s sticking his finger up at everybody 😂 sums me up some days. Also it makes for the best GIF ever.
Mate, the series is a classic. Only Rowen Atkinson could pull it off.
Love the series back in the day. So many classic moments. The films were meh.
Agreed. I preferred the series to the films.
A true master of physical comedy
That’s what she said lol
And its CRAZY to thing there is only 15 episodes in the whole series ! F I F T H T E E N !
When I was a kid I thought there was A LOT more than 15! It still shocks me to this day!
Mr bean is loved world-wide. Because he doesn't talk that much and it's visual comedy it can be enjoyed by anyone. The show is definitely better than the movie but the movie was still good.
I remember watching this film in the cinema & my stepdad was crying with laughter at the rollercoaster scene & when he reveals the painting with the drawn on face 😂😂😂
The face on the painting and the bird flipping were the best scenes in the movie, for me. I cried from laughter.
The music is so underrated in this. The whole scene where he swaps the painting out is made perfect by the music.
The 'Mad Pianos' track was written by Howard Goodall, the same guy who did all the music for Red Dwarf. Love that sequence too.
@@dracsbee Mad Pianos is one of the greatest soundtracks imo. Goosebumps everytime i hear it.
Mr Beans Holiday is a wonderful movies too, same brilliant comedy and heartfelt message!
I will check that one out soon as well bud!
Your laughter makes me soooooo happy. Thanks for that.
I really hope the Mr Bean series wins the Patreon vote soon. Josh will love it!
Mr Bean is really just the next incarnation of Monty Python: Clever people just being silly.
The theme tune for this movie ‘Mad Pianos’ is phenomenal
He’s such an amazing comedy actor. The Johnny English movies are hilarious too.
Rowen Atkinson is a national gem
Just national?! How dare you! He belongs to all of us!
Seriously, though. The man's an international comedy treasure.
@@TwwIX very true. The series is popular all over the world because you don't need to understand English. It's just some all people find funny. He's huge in India apparently
@@TwwIX naaa don’t try and steal our comedy icon, get your own lazy gits
12:03 The reveal that always nearly kills me from laughter
Probably his funniest sketch for Mr.Bean is either his trip to the mall or his Christmas special
I adore Rowan Atkinson in literally anything he does. The man is a comic legend. The show is great, I think you'll enjoy it. I was 12 when Bean the Movie came out and I still remember it being advertised on tv. Of course I watched it and for a 12 year old, you know that crazy stuff was hilarious. And it's still hilarious to me as an adult. Bean appeals to all ages. Love him. 💯
And when people say the series, they mean the one with him. Not the cartoon. The cartoon is nothing like the original series.
The cartoon is still great though 😂
@@laughingoutloud8612 when I was 10 it was rewatched as an adult. Terrible 😣
@@bewd4310 yeah true, I watched it the other night out of boredom. Doesn't hold up at 28 years old, but my stepdaughter loved it.
My 4year old is obsessed with the cartoon 🙄
The cartoon had some good bits but more silly than anything and not really entertaining if you’re not young. But the original series is just as funny as it was a kid. His facial expressions and body language is just unmatched in the comedy world.
PLEASE watch the TV series. This movie is nothing compared to it.
EXACTLY !
I think the opposite
@@attentionaddicts well your wrong
@attentionaddicts
You are literally the only person on Earth that thinks the opposite. It is widely accepted that The Show is better even to those who enjoy the movie such as myself. Probably why more people like The Second movie more- cuz it is truer to the show.
The first movie is probably good for those that didn't see the TV series first, personally I didn't like this movie.
I liked the 2nd movie, though that had something of a French movie style.
mr bean and the xmas nativity scene...best skit in the history of television
The best thing about Mr Bean is it is one of the only true universal comedies. Because he doesn't rely on dialogue (in the show at least, words are rare) it tells the story through actions, so nothing is lost in translation. It's, if such a thing can be, perfect comedy.
Anyone from America, to China can just watch this silly English man be silly and laugh at the situations he gets in to.
Families are very important. Its a picture of a mad old cow, who he thought the world of. And that's marvellous. That's what I think anyway.
You should check him out at the 2012 Olympics opening ceremony in London. You can see how universally funny he is!
Nothing beats watching it live. I presumed he was long retired by then, and we were watching the opening ceremony live, and absolutely died when he zoomed out to show who it was.
I will check that out thank you.
This film is an art history student's absolute WORST nightmare, and I loved every second of it! Bring back Mr. Bean!!!
LOL yes it would be.
I'd forgotten that June Brown was in this movie...
Shout out to Dot Cotton, original Eastenders OG.
You're one of my favorite you tubers, your reactions made my day man awesome, keep on laughing 👍
Such an underrated film! I remember seeing this in the cinema back in the day and it still makes me laugh today! I only realised that Sandra Oh was in this film until last year
I agree man it was a great film I enjoyed it!
Oh damn i didn't even see the patreon upload for Bean until you posted this, that's my next 1hour 30mins sorted 👌
When at an airport, never pretend to have a gun (unless you're a cop)!
The painting mishap scene and reaction is absolutely hilarious
haha good memories! went the cinema to see this as a kid in the 90s when it was new! :)
I used to live in Stocksfield and found out Rowan was a regular visitor to our house on Painshawfield Road!!!
And that's how whistler's mother became the Nun in the conjuring series
If you love Mr Bean then you HAVE to watch Mr Bean’s Holiday and the Johnny English Franchise :)
The mom was really mean to Bean I thought.
He made such a great speach at the end.
Who in their right mind would want that freak staying in their house though lol? I wouldn't!
@@amethystlarktree5962 he can stay at mine any time
Loved this as a kid but didn't expect to be cracking up as an 'adult' 😂
Great comedies are supposed to be goofy and not be taken seriously, thats what makes them great comedies, and this is exactly that, one of the funniest movies I ever seen..its just brilliant...I wish more youtubers would do reactions on this great movie...thanks for doing that here After work..He doesnt get funnier as Mr Bean then in this movie..its just great..
Your reaction gave me stress relief, thanks so much.. Got to sub in gratitude, your laugh is infectious
One of my favorite scenes is when Bean needed to get rid of the security guard. So he put laxative in his drink & changed the keys around on the wall. So when the laxative took affect, the security guard couldn't get in the men's room. He was at the door trying to find the right key, while almost s******g himself. LOL
The Mr Bean Royal line up film short is a must. It's hilarious.
I will add that to my list thanks bud!
I was dying laughing through this! Thanks for the react man 😂
Awesome bud happy you enjoyed!
1:39 I Forgot Sandra Oh was in this 😂😂😂
Interestingly, the elderly gent at the museum in the beginning is Sir John Mills who was Doctor Strange's first 'Guru' in the original TV movie from the 70's.
The new picture was just a poster that tourists can buy in the souvenir shop.
Burt Reynolds completed this film just before his comeback role as an adult film director in "Boogie Nights" (1997).
Saw this at the cinema as a kid. Loved it then, still love it now.
The tie-in material for Mr Bean is weirdly detailed and consistent, I have the 'Scrapbook' tie-in book for this film (all supposedly written by him) which ties it to Mr Bean's Diary they'd released a few years earlier. Throughout the book he goes from a dodgy typewriter to writing by hand to stealing his fellow lodger's word processor to pencil to crayon to writing in his own blood by the end.
Mr Bean is a million miles away from Edmund Blackadder
I wish more people would react to this movie because I found it to be absolutely hilarious and it takes a lot to make me laugh
Guy that walks in on Bean in the bathroom was the main counselor from the kids classic movie “Heavyweights”
Love this movie 😂
I liked it but all the jokes were from the show that I'd watched a hundred times growing up. Absolutely love the series.
Rowen Atkinson is actually a verified genius in iQ test.
Oh wow that is awesome!
You've heard of a chick-flick well this is a bean-flick lol
@lazarus921 I think that was the joke 😂
HAH
Clitoras
Yeah the way you laughed I would say it does what it wants to, bro! You were losing it a few times there man!
Oh damn it's been so long since I saw this movie! I watched way more of the series what a mad show 😂
13:21 That's what always bugged me a bit as far as this film's concerned: throughout the film, hes got the IQ of a fish stick and then, at the end, when he's thinking of a solution to repair the painting, he's Einstein all of a sudden. :P
Such a great and honest reaction as always man
If you enjoy Rowan Atkinson, i'd definitely recommend some of his live performances. Invisible drum kit is pretty special.
I love your laughs
Great reaction
lol dave's freak-out over whistler's mother's new face
I haven’t watched this in years but it’s still so funny 😅
Rat Race starring Cleese, Atkinson and a bunch of American comic actors, made by the guys that made Airplane, is a fun movie.
The show is absolutely worth watching, please check it out
Ive seen this movie many times so I know what happens it is has really funny scenes. I was laughing during this video. I wasn’t sure if I was laughing at what you were watching or your laugh 😂🤣
We don't find out why art gallery security guard Bean is mistakenly believed to be an art expert.
It’s because the British lads sent him to sabotage the Yanks out of pure spite. And the Yanks brought the con hook line and sinker for the most part
That guy at 1:53 is Peter Capaldi who is well known for his role as the 12th Doctor in Doctor Who.
The scene where he got his pants wet brings me back to third grade where almost that exact thing happened to me. I was so worried people would think I peed my pants I spent almost 15 minutes in the bathroom trying to dry them.
Thats horrible, but it's not as bad as when you're out with other people and then you smell a fart, but you stay quiet, and then you get the blame for it, no matter what you say after that, everybody will think it's you.
Big shout out to Dot Cotton.
9:18 I Still don't understand, how the police knew it was Mr Bean who messed the settings for the ride. They didn't even have great surveillance back in the day
One of the greatest comedians in world
So funny. At school after watching the film we went round giving motorists the finger for no reason.
Pure comedy genius from Rowan Atkinson bro' -
Mr Bean's Holiday is way better
This movie is the best Bean related thing I think. To me it's funnier than the TV shows.
Do a collaboration with EB reacts. You both love the same Brit humour 👍🏻👌🏻🔥
This film was funny but Mr beans holiday film, saw at the pictures, my face and sides ached from laughing.
As much as you liked this, you'll *LOVE* the original series! It's the best! Do a reaction for each episode please! Absolute classics!
That's why some people weren't _the biggest_ fans of this movie btw - the original show is just too damn good!
This movie & the cartoon series are still quite good in comparison though and the second movie (Mr. Bean's Holiday) is even better(/more boombastic😉)!
Glad you enjoy Rowan Atkinson (and british humour in general) so much!
Make sure to watch the original Mr. Bean series, the Holiday movie and the other two Johnny English movies!
Thank you for doing these! Great fun having a laugh "with" you!
Stay happy safe and healthy yourself man!🍀❤🤗✌
Bean.
You should check out The Thin Blue Line, probably Rowan Atkinson's most underrated show
Mr bean meeting the queen is a must!!!!!!
Love this movie!
I’m guessing the writers were paying homage to Peter Sellers and his last film Being There (1979).?About a simple man who unwittingly ends up in a position
of power. Funny and deep at the same time. You need to watch it !
12:05 o my goodness what a hilarious 😂 😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I remember taking my mum to see this when we got our first local multiplex.
*mom
Mate, I’d love to see your reaction to What We Do In The Shadows (BBC Series) and This Country (also BBC)
I love what we do in the shadows series and film
Mr. Bean is not popular because of the movie, Mr. Bean is popular in spite of the movie.
I absolutely adored this movie as a kid, and I still like it well enough, but realistically the TV series is much better haha
the music in the film is the best
I liked Mr Bean's Holiday more.
Most people do cuz it is truer to the show. This movie would been better without the unneeded family.
Def. The tv-show and the movie are very different. I personally never liked the Bean tv-show as a big Black Adder and his stand up fan, but loved this movie
However, as you said, there are a ton of people who think the exact
Great video, have you rented to any more Mr Bean?
Hey Josh. Soooo cringed I kept turning away! 😂🤪🐸
Mr beans holiday is good, also the Johnny English films are excellent
Before u know it British humour is something else lmao
definitely check out the tv show lol i call it the chronicles of the yellow mini.
Brilliant reaction should watch this is England the film or the series absolute classic here in england
Funny in short bursts but after a while it just becomes silly. This is why foreigners like it. They like 'silly'.
You must do Mr Beans Holiday, in my opinion its one of his best films.
