One tip I would also suggest is to look at work commute times specific to one's expected commuting times. Seemingly docile roads here in central FL roar to life and get quite bogged down during certain times of the day. You will love the winters here, except I did have frost on my windshield 4 times this winter!!! Maybe I'll see you at the parks as I am there everyday, either attending or working as a cast member.
We hired a photographer and drone pilot to view the property for us. It worked out really well and didn’t cost much at all. Super happy with the videos and photos.

The day before closing, the movers moved our stuff out. Even after an inspection, it was not found that there was a plumbing issue behind the clothes/washer/dryer. So on closing, they notice a "leak" where the washer/dryer was connected that we didn't even know was a problem. So we had to get an emergency plumber on that day. We were so concerned it wouldn't close because of this; so just hang in there "ALL THE WAY" until closing day.
Love your videos. We have dreams of moving to WDW but our timeline we think is 5 years. Trying to speed that up. Can live vicariously through your family while i wait. Thanks for sharing.
