Plane flying over Hillsborough deploys parachute, spirals toward ground

Hillsborough County firefighters are on the scene of plane crash in Seffner.
The small aircraft deployed a parachute before it spiraled slowly toward the ground, video from a bystander shows. The plane landed in the backyard of a home between Parsons Avenue and Empire Drive in Seffner this afternoon.
