I gor a pedersoli 1816 harpers ferry, im lefty so i was thinking the tilted pan would help with being closer to the flash. The lock is great, no hang fires so far goes off instantly. The only bad thing i can say is i had to do work on the front barrel band because i couldnt get the ram rod out and shave metal off the ramrod so i had to file off some metal on the front band, accurate gun. Love it
21:38 try find indian one and make a comparison with pedersoli. Pedersoli is better at finish only i think. They cant make historical accurate rifling on 1861 springfields and so on.

I have tried the Indian made ones and they’re not bad muskets at all and yes you are correct about the rifling it’s not historically correct.👍🏻
Good stuff! I hope I can find a 1766 Pedersoli for sale soon
I hope you do too.👍🏻
