I got her and her weapon, so now im waiting for grace for my mono electro team. in the meantime, i will use anton.

I believe she is modeled after a ghost / a Chinese Zombie aka Jiangshi. I say Jiangshi because of how she sticks her hands out and curls the fingers downwards.
Also a tip, just one attack can do to summon its puppet then switch. thats my rotation. i just make sure she attack one time for puppet then switch.
I had grace and rina's w-engine and just got rina so happy rn!

another viable combo to make a team with is to have Soukaku and Rina teamed together (in that order) with a character of your choice... said character can then be buffed by BOTH supports, which can allow characters like Lycaon to be used as the main DPS in spite of all common sense
Holy shit I just started the game bc of Lycaon and got him. And then got her and weeping cradle in the next ten pull, I'm glad that they like me😊
Could Rina Anby and Anton work as a team (Don't have grace and Kolda is with Ben and Lucy)

I use that team. So much electro damage. Although it’s a bit annoying not much enemies are weak to electric. Anton will be doing most of your dps

whats ideal pen % and Anomaly % should she have?
If you can get her to 71.8 Pen her buff caps the 30% pen to the whole team but it also means she hits 101.8% def pen when she is active and one of the Cinemas increases her own damage for 15s once very 18s on swap in so when you get that you trigger the effect and get 15 seconds of buffed true damage.

quick swap. normal attack/ex special then swap to main dps for pen ratio buff

your rotation should be:
Grace applies shock > Rina uses Skill > Anton attacks for quick assist
if enemy is not stunned, switch back to Grace and do the rotation again
if enemy is stunned, do Anton's Enhanced basic combo (3 presses) dodge backwards and do it again until the Enemy wakes up. make sure that only the third attack hits (the upwards drill) to keep the Enhanced state uptime.
