No, he's been telling people the school would be open since 2013 numerous times. There were several "grand opening openings" that never materialised but he kept collecting millions from donations with no clear plan or recordation of what is happening, that's why people are mad. No, he's been telling people the school would be open since 2013 numerous times. There were several "grand opening openings" that never materialised but he kept collecting millions from donations with no clear plan or recordation of what is happening, that's why people are mad.
