I'm very old and the opening statement kinda struck me as funny, I'm a OG gamer and we all wanted better cooling back in the day. My gaming rig would raise the room temp 3 to 4 degrees, we would take the side panel off and point a fan at the case, if not your leg would get really hot. The chipset was much larger and hotter then, we could only see liquid cooling in magazines. When was back Then you ask? 2002 Medal of honor :Allied Assault and forward of that. I ran a single core AMD 650 Duron and got a upgrade to a AMD 750 Athlon Thunderbird and Geforce 6800 LE with a whopping 128 mb's and it would get hot!!!!! Back then the internet was very spotty also.
AIO meaning All In One which means it will fit in tight spaces.... ok. It actually means the pump, radiator and transfer pipes are a prebuilt unit and already filled so you don't need to buy everything separately and put it together. You must be thinking because it doesn't have a reservoir it takes up less space but a reservoir isn't actually necessary in a custom watercooling solution either and a custom solution can be more space saving then an AIO as you have more control over the length and routing of the water lines. And that corsair 120 in the blue system is upside down radiator pipes should never be at the top to keep air from being drawn into the pump.
Air rises to the highest point in the loop. If the pump is lower, then it’s correct. Cars work in the same way with coolant. Pump just can’t be the highest point
@@jstroud17 actually automotive radiators are designed differently, the feed line from the radiator is located at the bottom so it is always submerged (unless its completely empty in which case you should see a mechanic), sucks the coolant out from the bottom and pushes it in the top so little chance of air getting in the pump. AIO rads have both feed and return located at the same end and its best to keep that end submerged to prevent air from getting sucked into the line, aspecially over time as permeation occurs. As someone who works with pumps daily I know it doesn't matter if the pump is above or below the air line it will suck air in if the feed line hits air.
The best one for sure is the MSI mag core liquid. It'll fail within 6 months and when MSI recalls it your serial # won't qualify. I'm not sure anybody's did. It was just a front.
MSi make good mobos and gpus and even power suppplies but thier AIO suck ass.I had a core liquid s360 and never broke down or anything but damn,it was having issues after issues.Replaced it with deepcool AIO and could not be happier.
The answer to the title is the Arctic Liquid Freezer 2. Best price to performance, lowest temperature at normalized noise levels, and longest time to steady state.
Regarding build quality. I bought a Corsair Hydro Series H100i CPU Cooler in 2013, it still runs without any leakage or air in it... :-) So almost 10 years now. Not on for 24x7x365 though.
when youtube chose to remove the dislike numbers , they should watch this first... BTW your number 5 is the cooler i have and looking to replace right now . the corsair hydro h60. also the white lighting doesn't "add a touch of brilliance" !!! its just white. it just looks bad if your build is not white . but anyway the real problem: high temperatures.
I have MSI 360R CPU water cooler. it is really bad quality. - Good cooling performance or efficiency, but The pump stop working after 2 or 3 weeks of idle computer (if you don't turn it on) You need to clean it every 3 months or maximum 6 months
i have a thermaltake liquid cooler but it sucks because it makes a rattling sound when i turn on the PC after not having used it for many hours and after turn it on and off again the sound disappears .I think coolermaster is better.
Just a note (Just watched the Corsair Hydro H60) and I was told that the coolant lines should always be at the bottom so that if air is in the cooler, it won't get sucked through the lines?
bro that GTA V example for heat generation xD games so old it doesn’t even stress current mid class components anymore really, RTX2070 Super only get around 60 degree celsius and the CPU of will be stressed even less
Non of these coolers will last past 2.5 years. You can thank internal galvanic corrosion between the pump and fine flow channels of the CPU heatsink in the pump head. These things are really costly for their life spans and I hate to think how many of these things fill our electronic waste handling facilities. Money wasted is one thing but needlessly filling up our waste handling facilities is a crime. I am going back to air cooled systems. I hardly overclock my PCs. I am still waiting for an AIO kit with 5 year warranties so they can at least pay for themselves
You´re missing to talk about pricing... even if you didn´t said you would talk about a good price/performance relation; certainly is very important to show what the brands are offering and what is the cost of their products.
Seriosly? Corsair Hydro Series H60? This is $hit not cooler. Even with significantly better cooling - Arctic Liquid Freezer II 420 - 3 fan AIO, and i7 13700K under load is still above 100'C so idk what that crap from corsair even do. I want some 6 fan AIO to cool down this CPU, not crap corsair
I have a CyberpowerPC and they installed the radiator that already has a big fan on it like in the video and installed it directly to another "case fan" that is significantly smaller. It's been working ok until as of lately. The case fan has been quite noisy when it cuts on and the radiator has lots of dust on it. How do I clean the dust off the radiator without removing the whole cooler, so I can replace the case fan? Is this even a normal way to do that in 2022 or is there a better way. I bought this is 12/2018 btw
all of these are essentially the same cooler, all of them look different but all of them are using cheap chinese technology. invest in something like an arctic aio cooler.
not a single justifiable reason as to ranking. Where are the thermal levels, decibel levels and why does this video look like a sponsored showcase...
This video is a clickbait
Because that's what it is
Make sure to downvote it.
Would prefer to see some benchmarks and statistics rather than just different angles of the coolers.
agreed! very bad video!

Aio does not mean it fits in any case, it means that it's all self contained instead of having to put it together yourself

do you need specific motherboards for these coolers?

Deepcool LS270 AIO is underrated as hell. Can cool a 13900k or 7950x3d good and it's priced good.I went with that instead of corsair LCD one
is it really good? how was the perfomance until today? im gonna add to my wishlist for LS720
@@hehe1680 It still doing good and i have 7950x3d too.Had it for 6 months now

Is there still no leakage? I'm worried that if I buy an AIO that'll leak
Yes, still no leak. Machine is not running a lot anymore, but when it's on still no leakage 😊
@@dennisvanderpool4459 thanks for the reply!
If i have a 1151 socket what cooler i need ?

Which is better for i9 13900K, Corsair iCUE H170i Elite Capellix XT 420mm OR, NZXT kraken Z73 RGB 360mm AIO liquid cooler?
Which would you recommend for the ryzen 7 5700x?

This should be titled "Best aesthetically pleasing AIO coolers" rather than best

The water block (thing that bolts onto the CPU,) should be below the radiator and cooling lines.
CPUS are so hot they need water or air to cool them? As opposed to what?
naming a single radiator as "Best CPU Liquid Cooler of 2022", promotion much? No concept of bad brand recalls or computing specs or even warranty?

bruh... you'd probably need some liquid nitrogen and a lotta luck if you really wanna do that
Bro you sound like Robin from Teen Titans
So because they look cool they're the best...
If you want to call something the best you have to justify it. Where are the numbers? What tests were run?
Exactly.
How can you customized the NZXT liquid cooler? if I were to buy on online Amazon?
Any perf numbers would’ve been better than reading all marketing pamphlets for these coolers

you rate the kracken number 1 but it is not the top performer - that says to me you are all about looks over performance or kracken pays you
What about Alseye M240w Argb Aio

So if it’s liquid cooler do I need to put pipes in my pc or can I literally just take my current cooler out and put that one in
It’s all-in-one so “put that one in” is correct
