I haven't seen this in YEARS. Everyon in the theater was erupting in laughter every 3min when I saw this. John Ritter and Bernie Mac were both comedy gold, RIP. This is easily my favorite Billy Bob Thornton film. The 3 Bs😆
Im sure its been mentioned before, but John Ritter and Billy Bob Thornton both also starred in "Slingblade". One of the most underrated movies ever, so beautiful, so heartwarming, hilarious at times, yet deeply uncomfortable and disturbing at the same time. Unique masterpiece. Im sure Jay would love it!
If you needed to make a case for a comedy worthy of an Oscar nomination, I would 100% pick this for consideration for original screenplay and lead actor, because this has a one of the sharpest scripts and best comedic performances I've experienced in a modern comedy. The dialogue that comes from Billy Bob's mouth is next level hilarious 😂
The note that he gave to the kid to give to the police when he was sitting in the car with the hose in window is how the police got tipped off. Thurman did like he was told and gave the note to the police. Willie forgot about it or never told him not to .
Love the candy corn for the bleeps! 😂 “They can’t all be winners, kid.” is oft-quoted in my household ever since this movie came out. Great reaction. ♥️
One of the greatest, most heartwarming holiday films of all time. If you can look beyond the vile outer shell, it is one of the most profound no bs love stories ever told on film.
@@charles7836 the world is a shocking place, this is a comedy movie with dark humor, i'd say shielding kids from everything & anything negative about human behavior just makes them less prepared for when they are an adult.
One thing I really like about your reactions are you aren’t afraid to show the scenes with “triggering” language. Like a lot of channels skip the roast between little man and Bernie Mac when he calls him da Vinci because they’re afraid it’s insensitive. That roast is the funniest scene in the movie. Same thing when you did scary movie 2 and the handicap roasting each other
Yeah people often cut out the best jokes in Blazing Saddles reactions, too, which ironically just draws more attention to things and makes things seem actually bigoted, whereas letting the hilarious jokes rip neutralizes everything and it's just funny comedy. Comedy has to be all or nothing, in a sense.
I grew up in a post card looking little town. We always had a Christmas stroll, where the shops stayed open late on the weekend. They lined the streets with luminaires, had horse drawn carriages for hire, and old timey professional carolers walking around, it was beautiful. You could shop, and all the stores had free apple cider or hot chocolate.
I resisted watching this picture for years, because I tend to be traditional when it comes to Christmas. But I finally gave in and watched it about half a dozen years ago and have watched it every Christmas since! Love it! LOLOL
The pickle is a white people thing. The christmas pickle is a decoration that goes on the tree, you're supposed to hide it among the other decorations and the first person to see it pulls the man of the house aside and tells them and then they get an early christmas present (the secret the kids don't know is that everyone that sees it gets a prize and the adults pretend they don't ever see it)
Thank you for doing a reaction to this movie ( the unrated version). So many parts of the movie that in this version that is not in the theatrical version. Example the part where Willie and Marcus are training the kid in the boxing ring. The part where Willie is on vacation and in the strip bar. Those part I brought up are only is this version ( the unrated version) Also the lines on this version ( the unrated version) is better and funnier. I always look forward to all your reactions / posts. They are funny and entertaining.
I don't know how big your list is of movies to react to, but Violent Night with David Harbour is in my opinion the best Christmas movie - would be great to see your reaction to it before the holidays are over. So much to enjoy here - David Harbour as the real Santa, plenty of violence (of course), comedy, pulls at your heartstrings, and a lot of Christmas spirit. It actually makes you believe in Santa again.🎄
37:40 "It doesn't feel like Christmas because there's no snow." Yeah, I moved to the Phoenix metro area in 1987. Since then there has been one single very-light snow flurry. If you want snow and to freeze your ass off you drive north a couple of hours to Flagstaff.
Not related to the movie, but you can get Hawaiian shirts for Dogs. Lot's of different types and various sizes for various dogs. You can get hoodies for Dogs too, even rain coats.
I love this movie. They cast Thurman so perfectly, but I do wish they had more scenes of Cloris Leachman as Granny. They under used her IMO. Actuallly, they cast all of the characters perfectly. Oh, and yes, they do make Hawaiian shirts for dogs! If you want to see another good movie where Billy Bob Thornton is funny as hell, you should watch the movie Bandits with him and Bruce Willis.
Why did you NOT get out and buy a Santa Dress and a Santa Hat before the outro?? And then ask for girls that have "Santa issues" . You missed the perfect opportunity, man... Much Love❤
RIP, John Ritter and Bernie Mac
John Ritter was great in Sling Blade with Billy Bob Thornton
Cloris Leachman as well
What's the other option for dead people?
Miss them too much
And the dwarf. He’s passed on too.
This movie has more heart than most modern Christmas movies.
I agree!
That's because contemporary movies just like to pander and virtue signal. Surface deep, no substance.
"It's Christmas and the kid's getting his fucking present."
Words to live by
The John Ritter and Bernie Mac scenes are literal comedic perfection
Yea.....oh yea! lol
Indeed. RIP to John and Bernie.
This movie might break the record for STFU's.
Yup. Lol.
Billy Bob was light drunk everyday on set to get in character

Absolutely ❤❤❤
“Candy corn is the worst shit ever made.”
THANK YOU!
Idk what about those dot candy that comes stuck on paper

Playing the black card is one thing throwing down the midget card at the same time is epic level
Best uno reverse move 😂 period.
One of my favorite scenes in the film is when John Ritter says "what," when they almost get fired.
The note that he gave to the kid to give to the police when he was sitting in the car with the hose in window is how the police got tipped off. Thurman did like he was told and gave the note to the police. Willie forgot about it or never told him not to .

"You can't wear Hawaiian Shirts" hilarious.
Bad Santa was John Ritter's final movie that he completed before his death.
Yup.
"I want a purple elephant."
"Well, wish in one hand and shit in the other and see which one fills up first."
"Okay!" 🤣🤣🤣

@23:02...I wouldn't pull out either if I was with Lauren Graham, LOL
30:15 the start of the best argument I've ever heard in my life
Im on my fucking lunch break, i feel that
The Granny in this, is also 'Great Gam Gam' in Beerfest 😅 The Great Cloris Leachman ❤
Frau Bruha from Young Frankenstein.
Tim Allen is Santa Claus, Billy Bob is krampus 😂

Genuinely my favorite Christmas movie. It is so quotable, and just generally hilarious.
The kid took the letter Billy Bob gave him when he was going to kill himself to the police, confessing to all the bad shot he did and then forgot lol
Friday + Bad Santa = headcannon accepted. Ms. Parker, lawd. We never knew.
@6:19 He looks like yesterday is somehow the best insult i've heard in a while 😂
The scene of Willy and the Kid in the car together has to be my favorite scene in any comedy movie. I can't even put to words how funny it is to me
Wth, that scene. Did someone drop you on your head as a child
I remember people crying and wiping away tears after that scene in the theater.
C'mon someone, keep it going here or else I'm going to drop myself onto my own head
Man ya got a point about Mrs Parker, never made that connection before😂😂
Office Space representation all through this movie
In the beginning you asked where his parents were and all I could think of was 3 things. His parents were in jail, dead and making sandwiches. HAHAHA
bartender is lauren graham, guy beating up santa is ajay naidu he was in office space
RIP Cloris, John Ritter and Bernie Mac
Every time I hear the "you people" part I now think of tropic thunder the part when the actual black guy was like "what do YOU mean you people" lmao😂

Cool 😎!
I felt the same way leaving the theater. Billy Bob is the best Santa ever!
Omg I can't wait for this reaction 😂😂😂
My favorite Christmas movie of all time. Thanks for the reaction!
and Bad Santa 2 (2016) after this...
I agree! I’ve been recommending that on the discord. I liked it better than the first one.
I resisted watching this picture for years, because I tend to be traditional when it comes to Christmas. But I finally gave in and watched it about half a dozen years ago and have watched it every Christmas since! Love it! LOLOL
This movie is a gem. As much as it is vulgar it is also somehow wholesome.
It's real life ,when Santa goes home for the day this is how he feels about all
the crap he has to do to make a living !
This guy is genuinely one of the most entertaining reactors.
Ohhhh this is about to be "f'kn amazing!!!"
There are two types of people in this world:
Those who like candy corn, and a bunch of dummies who are wrong. 😊
I like candy corn. Also like circus peanuts.
the kid is one of the best things in this movie
For one of John Ritter's funniest roles - Stay Tuned
I have seen this movie so much I almost know it line after line hahaha absolutely love this one !
I forgot about that in Fridays😂😂😂
Billy Bob, definately the best Santa Ever!!!
THIS IS GONNA BE FUN ONE TO WATCH! Curious how many times you'll pause or need to pause J. LOL!!!
Real bummed I wasn't here for the live. Merry Christmas everyone! 🎅🏿

This is a certified Christmas classic

Old oatmeal!!! 😂😂😂😂😂😂
One of the best Christmas movies (for adults of course)
They totally make hawaiian shirts for dogs!!!!
Bernie Mac didn't top them off. He died when Santa's helper out the jumper cables on his ears. The current went through his brain.
3:22 HOLY SHIT YOUNG BOB FROM "BOB HEARTS ABISHOLA"...My fucking mind is blown that just hit me from left field
There is a sequel to this. It's not nearly as good but it does have it's moments.
Yesssss he saw the best version
Im so happy to see this!!! I couldn't find anything to watch and then.....this!!!! 😊😊
Beer Fest😂🤣
Glad you enjoyed the movie, as always, was a blast watching you react to it. Merry Christmas!
This is one of the GoaTs. I saw the sequel yesterday, it wasn't nearly as horrible as I was expecting. Not great, but it was fun.

I definitely agree with you on the candy corn
Merry Christmas I love watching your reviews
34:25 Sometimes I fall asleep watching videos late at night. My oldest daughter says it's scary because I look like I'm dead...
