The best part is that the foreigners get shocked by looking at this part of India. However, this development has become quite common and for us Indians. This is very general
Delhi is huge, it's so big that it's a state( province) in itself and yet it spreads out to 4 nearby states. Gurgaon and nearby areas sureounding Delhi are called together as National Capital Region, it has a population of 30 million.

In the past, I found joy in witnessing foreigners experiencing this aspect of India. However, I am now beginning to question it. It implies that people from the westernized side of India feel delighted when others appreciate it because it showcases a form of development that aligns with Western standards. Essentially, we are suggesting that Western-style progress is the only form of progress and the yardstick by which everyone should be evaluated. This kind of progress relies on the exploitation of the environment and resources. India used to be a prosperous country with a sustainable economy that didn't rely on the depletion of natural resources. We used to prioritize coexisting harmoniously with nature. However, now I believe we have no other option. This seems to be the only path for the country to achieve growth.
India is big country with large population so you will find certain areas are very developed , some areas are very underdeveloped . This is India for you. By the way Gurgaon is part of Delhi-NCR region so its considered part of Delhi.
Hey guys, I commented on one of your previous videos, where you asked about what the skirt in Kerala is called. I am actually from Kerala, but I was born and brought up in Delhi. Now I live in Gurgaon. Cybercity is also my favourite place in Gurgaon, but Delhi is home because I lived there till I was 18. As a true blue Dilliwali (girl from Delhi), I would suggest you to visit Red fort with Majnu Ka Tila if you're still in Delhi. Majnu Ka Tila is a small Tibetan colony in Delhi. You should also go to India habitat centre and Lodhi road to see graffiti. You should visit Humanyun's tomb and Satyaniketan, Hauz Khas etc. if you have the time. These are all the places I like and think you should visit if you still have time.
Hi roshini, I am from Delhi too. How are you? And I wanted to know that what is true blue Dilliwaali? I never heard it here before. What's the meaning of "true blue"? Btw, I will not recommend them about Red fort or Majnu ka Tila or Humayu tomb. These things are only historical places, not meant for vloggers or for people who watches vlogs. And I have been in hauzkhas too. It's good place, but I want to know any specific area or place of Hauzkhas which you likes.
THANKYOU SO MUCHHHH ... OMG I'm perplexed by the choice of some individuals to showcase the unclean or underdeveloped aspects of India in their videos. This practice significantly contributes to creating a distorted and negative image of our country. It's important to recognize that these underdeveloped areas are limited to specific sections of the city, while the majority of the urban landscape is characterized by development and progress. It raises the question of why people don't highlight these more developed aspects in their videos, providing a more accurate representation of the country as a whole. I also find it puzzling why some Americans seem inclined to explore less affluent or what might be perceived as 'bad' parts of a city instead of opting for the more developed areas that constitute the majority. Take Delhi, for instance, with its distinct New Delhi and Old Delhi regions. It appears that some Americans predominantly choose to visit Old Delhi, sharing reviews and opinions about their experiences. This phenomenon raises questions about the preferences and motivations behind such choices
Old delhi is registered as "National heritage" by indian government, so It is meant to be kept & preserved in that way with Absolutely No Infrastructural change to it at all Even when whole Rest of India will develop into highly modern form someday in future.
I usually see most German people having a positive view about India. Every country has a positive side and a negative side. But, the Western media always shows India in a negative way. I don't understand why.

Emarging india 😃
You guy are underated, you should deserve more
Old delhi is registered as "National heritage" by indian government, so It is meant to be kept & preserved in that way with Absolutely No Infrastructural change to it at all Even when whole Rest of India will develop into highly modern form someday in future.
Yeah even many places in Bengalury are like old delhi.. full of old dirty buildings and dirty markets.. and undermaintained roads
