We stayed there 2 wks ago for our anniversary. Had a wonderful time in Fiji. We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton. The staff were very friendly. Our room was spacious and the view was amazing. It's so quite and serene. Perfect place to relax and unwind.
Congratulations on your anniversary! I'm so excited that you stayed at the Hilton Fiji Resort and enjoyed your time there - it really is so quiet and serene - such a wonderful place to stay! Thanks for your comment. I love hearing about people's travels!!!
Nice video, thank you. Was the beach at Hilton swimmable or there is a coral reef there? We stayed at another hotels on coral coast this year, it was very cool.
Hi there, thanks so much for your question. The beach is swimmable in front of the Hilton Fiji Resort, however like all of the resorts at Denarau Island, there is generally a small 'beach with sand' in front of the resorts but there also rocks between the beach and resort. I find that a lot of people who stay at the resorts Denarau Island tend to swim in the resort pools and then do day trips by boat out to different islands for the day and go swimming in the ocean. (I have done this many times and the day trips are so much fun). (I have not stayed on the Coral Coast as yet but it's on my list!). I'm about to post my next Fiji hotel video that shows exactly how the beach area looks im front of all the resorts on Denarau Island so check that out. Let me know if you have any other questions. (Thanks for subscribing!)
Hi there, Thanks so much for your comment. 10 days in Fiji is the perfect amount of time. That's how long I actually stay for when I'm there for holidays. As a suggestion, I usually spend a few days just enjoying the resort I'm staying at. A couple of evenings I take the Bula Bus into Port Denarau for shopping or lunch or dinner then on 1 or 2 of the days I do a day tour out on a boat to an island, swim in the ocean, lunch etc. Most resorts have a desk where you can organise tours through. There is also a company called Rosie Holidays (although I have only booked private transfers to and from Nadi airport with them). Hope this information helps you. Let me know if you have anymore questions.
So awesome that you are heading to Fiji next week! If you are staying at that hotel you'll love it! I've traveled a lot of the world as a solo female traveler. Fiji is definitely a place I feel very comfortable traveling by myself. Everyone is very friendly and kind. As with most of the pacific islands, they are all developing countries so there is a vast difference between staying in the resorts and being outside the resorts. Let me know if you have any other questions! Happy travels!
Hi there, Wifi was excellent. I was also there for work so used my laptop in a few different areas of the resort (in my room, outside ny room in my balcony area, by the pool, in the restaurant and also at the cafe at the entrance to the resort). Cell phone service was also fine. I was on international roaming and I also had the hotel wifi on my cell phone and both worked well. Enjoy your time at the Hilton Fiji Resort (even if you're working there it's great!)
Hi Lana, Both hotels are really lovely and I have stayed at both. Hilton Fiji Resort on Denerau Island is closer to the Nadi International Airport as well as Port Denerau and the other resorts on Denerau Island. Sonaisali Island where DoubleTree by Hilton is further away from the airport. Hilton Fiji is more of a hotel style room while the DoubleTree has the Fijian Bures (I stayed in the oceanfront bure which was really lovely). Both hotels are quite comparable for prices. Have you seen both my videos on the two hotels? These will give you a really good overview of both hotels. Hope this information helps you. Thanks for your comment and thanks for subscribing!
@@VihaanReddy-rh2qy Hi there, It depends on what you are looking for from a hotel. I found the Hilton to be a solid 4 star hotel and the Sheraton a 5 star hotel if that helps you. I have 2 videos of the Sheraton Fiji Resort on my channel (in the popular videos section and the luxury hotels section of my RUclips channel. Check those out as well as that might give you extra insight. Thank you for your comment and thanks for subscribing! It really helps the channel!

What was the WiFi and cell service like? Might have to do a little work while visiting.
