Please make a video about rear brake pad that is on the wheel side, there is a screw - it gets loose and requires different screwdriver head. On my S65 it got loose after first month of use.
- Hello and welcome. I have a Navee n65 and recently the air in the rear wheel went down while driving. When I undressed the wheel and took out the inner tube, it turned out that there are two small holes on different sides and the inner tube itself is completely wiped and inside the tire there are lots of rubber crumbs of various sizes. What could be causing this situation? Please reply. Thank you and best regards .
Navee doesn't support customers. These is no ablitity to order spareparts. There is no support. I've sent 10 requests via diffrent channels and there are no answers. Dear Navee what do you think about it? Are you going to support?

I just had the complete opposite experience. I'm in Canada and bought two S65. One of them had tire problems. In the front tire the valve stem broke. The rear tire, leaked air around the bead. I sent Navee a message Sunday May 26th. Monday the 27th they responded and asked for a copy of the invoice. Tuesday(28th) they sent an email stating they would send out parts. I got them yesterday (May 31st) New front tire/rim and hubcaps AND complete new rear tire/rim and motor. I had to put them on myself(which is fine because I'm handy) but it was quick and satisfying service!

Hello- Where can I buy a tire and tube or a tubeless tire?
Can a tubeless tire be used with the Navee n65?
